*Villa Bella* Executive 2BR Condo w/2 Pools, Mins to IMG/Beach/Anna Maria Isl

Located close to everything. Close to IMG Academy.

It was a nice experience staying at the Villa Bella Condo. For starters, Richard the host was very informative and attentive from beginning to end. The place was conveniently close to the beautiful beaches. Many Restaurants to choose from and activities to enjoy. The Condo experience was very pleasant. Cozy and very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the condo was well equipped. I recommend this place 100%.

The condo was a bright, inviting unit in a quiet community. The natural sunlight that comes in when you open the blinds made the home feel very comfortable yet elegant in the morning. We took advantage of both the pool and and the laundry machines. We borrowed the available beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to visit Anna Maria Island. Although the items are showing their age, they still have a lot of life left in them and were such a wonderfully convenient thing to use since we did not have our own. Richard texted many times throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and remembered the check-in and out rules, all of which are laid out in the binder -and yes, we obeyed them all. Haha. We had no problems at all, but we had no doubt he was just a text or phonecall away if we did. The rooms were fantastic and felt beachy, but I will recommend that if you don't prefer a firm mattress, you bring your own mattress topper! There are extra pillows and such in the closets, though! Honestly, this place thought of everything. I have never stayed at a vrbo with such a well equipped kitchen! Central with a window opening up to the dining area, the kitchen was the star of the home! Thank you for a very nice stay celebrating our son's birthday.

Great property in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Nice pools and hot tubs. Host had great communication. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The host, Richard, was great to work with and provided a lot of recommendations to us for local dining and activities. We didn't use the pools because we spent our time at the beach but they looked clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this listing!

This is lovely quiet condo in a great area - lots of restaurants and beaches near by - wld recommend Coquina Beach as lots of free parking and can make use of the beach chairs at the condo - Tirasuma and Ugly Grouper for good food - condo was everything you needed and more - Richard was a great host and helped with recommendations - wld definitely recommend and looking to book again in the future

Incredibly responsive host! Our family of four (with two teen boys) had a wonderful stay. The basketball and pickleball courts were a hit! Kitchen is well stocked. Great stay.

The property was beautiful. The condo is spacious and clean. Excellent proximity to IMG Campus. Our host Richard was always available to answer our questions. 15 minutes from the nicest beaches we’ve seen in a very long time.

The “Villa Bella” was everything expected and more. You can tell it is very taken care of by the owners. It’s located in a great location that is close driving distance to all amenities desired in the area. The owner “Richard” was great. Very polite and responded right away and made sure he was available for any needs or advise for things to do. Thanks Richard!!!

We enjoyed a long weekend at Villa Bella while in town for soccer games. The property is exactly as pictured and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We didn't make it to the pool, but enjoyed breakfast overlooking the pond. Communication with the host was outstanding, and his recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. We were 20-30 minutes from soccer activities and multiple beaches, so appreciated being somewhat centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do in the area. My teen son said that this was a calm little rental and I'm pretty sure that's a Gen Z compliment.

Only went to pool 1 day as spent most of the time at the beach its a nice area with lots to do and lots of nice walks and great beaches

This is our second time staying here. This such a great location. We are always pleased with the layout and easy access to anywhere in the area.

Condo was exactly as listed. Close to several beaches, binder with directions, places to eat and things to do was very helpful. Host was excellent in communication! Highly recommend.

A few nights before our trip, Richard (the host) contacted us about our stay at the condo. His information was very helpful throughout our stay. He checked in on us at arrival, once for restaurant tips and at the end of our stay. The condo was exactly what the pictures showed.We had all we needed for our comfort.We are a family of 4 traveling with two teens.The complex provided two pools, a club house and tennis courts. Locations was excellent, as we could walk to Publix, Aldis, CVS and Dollar General. There are also May places to eat nearby, but we did most of our cooking at the condo.Our drive to the beach was about 12-15 minutes depending on traffic. Parking at Anna Maria Island was free (with the exception to Holmes beach).Overall, our stay at Vista Bella was excellent!Thank you to Richard for being a great host.

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Bella for 3 nights whilst visiting family in the area. The villa is in a quiet location with two swimming pools and other amenities close by. Richard the host was extremely helpful, quickly responding to any queries and providing suggestions of things to do in the area. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to return to the area.

Very clean property. And Richard was excellent he is a true G.O.A.T. Greatest Of All Time. Anything we needed he would answer right away, he even checked on us to make sure things were good. Also recommend a few restaurants in the area. I recommend this property to anyone, I’m certainly going back.

Excellent location to our family and close access to Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island and the River walk and many other activities. Enjoyed morning coffee in the lanai and watching the birds and ducks on the pond behind the condo. All the conveniences of home away from home.

Our stay was great. We had everything we needed at the Condo. Very clean and lots of space. Richard our host was Amazing. When ever we had questions he always answered and made easier for us. We will definitely return!!!!

Our stay was excellent!! Richard the host was so accommodating and responded very quickly! The place had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The complex was so nice with two pools and a hot tub and was centrally located to everything in Bradenton. We will definitely be coming back and sharing with friends. Thank you!

Clean…bring your own cleaning supplies…toilet bowl cleaner would have been nice. King size bed would’ve been nice…lots of unneeded and large tables…but overall very superbly decorated…pool was great…and close to stores, restaurants, and grocery…nice view out the window to ponds wildlife…We would consider renting again.

We loved our unit in Shorewalk. Best thing: if you need an easily accessible shower, the one in the 2nd bathroom is perfect. Easy in, with grab bars. Well equipped kitchen. The whole apartment has excellent storage - dressers, closets, pantry in kitchen. The 2 pools are a short walk and are heated. Lots of other amenities. Driving to several of the excellent beaches is easy and fairly quick, and it's close to shopping and restaurants. Walkable to Publix and Aldi. Richard is very responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

Richard is THE best host I’ve ever had with a vacation rental. Communication and accommodation were outstanding! For the price point this Villa is FANTASTIC. Great location as well!!!

This is our second time renting Villa Bella and it has quickly become our favorite place to rent when visiting our sons. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Anna Maria Island is a little bit of a drive - say 10 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic.

Quality accommodation with a lovely outlook & perfect for access to beaches, shops & restaurants. I love the beach vibes & colours of the condo. We enjoyed our stay apart from hurricane Milton, Host Richard was very helpful.
