Villa 8 A Great Place to Relax and Create Great Memories!

Pros: - Evette was very easy to communicate with and responded right away - The kitchen was very well stocked - The beds in the upstairs bedrooms were comfortable - The bathrooms were newer and in great working condition - The water supply throughout the house got very hot really quickly and stayed hot - The backdoor leads directly to the condo's pool and stairs down to the beach - Great view of the beach from the patio, living room and master bedroom - Having a bathroom downstairs was great so we didn't have to keep going upstairs Cons: - The condo needs updating, especially the downstairs, which is the kitchen & living area where you spend most of your time if inside - The room with the murphy beds, listed as a sleeping area, is more like a storage room, I would never sleep in there or ask anyone to. - The couch was a large wrap around six-seater sectional but was falling apart and only had two comfortable seats - Insufficient seating for dining inside, only 3 chairs at the counter - No dust pan or functioning vacuum so cleaning up sand became a problem, we had to use paper plates as a dust pan - The downstairs area is painted in a very dark blue, making the entire living area feel dark and gloomy despite being at the sunny beach - No wash cloths provided - TVs upstairs did not work/wifi didn't reach upstairs - Lamps in bedrooms either didn't have light bulbs or functioning switches

Loved staying here. Everything was perfect, the house, property. It was peaceful. We are looking forward to returning again! Thank you Evette.

Overall it was a nice relaxing stay. The best part was the ocean front condo. The condo is nice but it’s little crowded.

My family and I had a great time at this villa. The owner was super nice and respectful. The beach was calm, sandy, and relaxing. The rooms were decored beautifully and the beds were comfortable. Be mindful that the location is at Playa Encanto so it's about a 17 minute drive to the centro of Puerto Penasco but for our first time there it was a nice and quiet retreat. We took our 1 year old and he had a great time.

We came down to participate in a charity event. It was fun to have this villa. We were steps away from the beach. We found lots of shells when we went beach combing. It was a little frustrating because when we arrived, we tried to look up which number villa ot was and could not get enough internet connection to read the address. We found the right place, just did not know the number. We started down the row of house with lock boxes and found one with using the pass code. You might want to change it, one of your neighbors was kind enough to help us, but he probably knows the combo now. Great home. Worked well for us.
