This is a **resort-style condo stay—similar to booking a hotel or timeshare—**where guests check-in at the front desk and are assigned their condo upon arrival. Each unit, when booked with us, is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath lake-viewcondo designed to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. While layouts may vary, every stay includes a private balcony with lake views and access to the same WorldMark standard of comfort and amenities.

Enjoy walkable lake access just across the street, a communal pool and hot tub, and beautifully maintained resort grounds—all just minutes from downtown Chelan dining, shopping, wine tasting, and seasonal events.

GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 21+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely collect guest booking requirements.


IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION
This unit is located within a full-service resort with a staffed front desk.
• Within one week before check-in, the first and last name of the guest who will check in first and receive the room assignment and keys must be provided.
• This name must match the government-issued ID presented at check-in
• The front desk will not release keys if the name does not match
• Name change requests less than 48 hours before check in may not be possible or could incur a $150 name change fee
• Charge for WiFi will be added at the time of check-in (rates vary between $10-90 depending on the number of devices & length of stay)
• The resort requires a $250 refundable security hold on a credit or debit card. This hold is released after departure if no damages are reported. This will be securely processed by WorldMark.


HOUSE RULES & RESORT POLICIES
No parties or events (quiet, family-friendly resort)
Noise must remain respectful at all times
Non-smoking property (including balconies and common areas)
No pets allowed
** Approved Service animals must be disclosed in writing prior to check-in **
Bunk beds are not suitable for adults
Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers in pool areas
⚠️ No lifeguards on duty — swim at your own risk


PARKING, BOATS & VEHICLES
Parking in the parking garage is limited to one (1) vehicle per condo, extra on-site and street parking are available
Boats, RVs, and trailers are not permitted in the resort parking lot
Trailer and boat parking is available across the street at the Chelan Municipal Marina for an additional fee.


CAMERAS:
For guest safety and security, video cameras may be present in common areas of the resort, such as hallways, parking areas, lobby, pool, hot tub, and game room, as one would expect at a hotel or resort. There are no cameras inside private guest accommodations.
