Step into the main front entry door into a bright, sunny, & spacious open floorplan main living area with soaring vaulted ceilings for an open feel. The living room includes a plush sofa bed, accent chairs, cozy gas fireplace with Samsung SMART TV mounted above, windows letting in lots of natural light, & a set of french doors that leads to your very own outdoor view deck (see Outdoor Features below for add'l detail!).
Off the living room is a dining room that flow seamlessly in to the beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen that features cabinets galore, white quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchenware, & views out to a lush landscape exterior.
On separate sides of the home are 2 bedrooms, the first is the master suite with Cal King bed, Samsung SMART TV, direct access to the view deck, & ensuite bath with new restroom vanity & surround shower. The second bedroom houses a Queen bed with it's own small patio area, a quiet place to escape the hustle bustle. Separating both bedrooms is another full bath (tub/shower combo) + stackable washer dryer.

Beautiful property consisting of 4 separate units over 2 levels, each unit with their own individual entry & not connected inside. Only 2 of the 4 units are available for rent; guests have the option to rent each unit individually or rent both for a combined 4br + 4ba that sleeps 12 (8 adults max) as follows:

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.
• Attractions
A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

The stay was great. The place itself was perft. We loved opening the double doors and enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather and ocean view on the upper deck. The walk to the beach was longer than what we had expected based on booking information. We did enjoy the convenience of the french restaurant for wonderful coffee and breakfast. Oscars was just down the road and AMAZING!! We were visiting for SDSU parent weekend and our child loved getting away from campus and having such a comfortable place to stay for a few days!

The Unit was in excellent shape, had everything we needed, solid patio with ocean views, and overall it was a great long weekend. The location is excellent, and the French Bakery through the alley is a true gem.
Everything was very good. I dropped a star because the ceiling in the bedroom leaked in two places during the storm. I placed a couple of trash cans with towels to avert damage and noise. All's well ended well... However, We messaged and didn't hear back until the next day after checkout.
We booked this property as we were looking for a location that was pet-friendly, near the beach, provided parking, and had 2br/2ba for our family. This location checked all of the boxes! We enjoyed sitting outside on the rooftop area that had two outdoor chairs and couch. There was also a gas grill and firepit, but we did not use. It was a bonus small comfy spot for us to relax each morning/evening. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots, and pans as I cooked several meals there. I have to say that perhaps the biggest difference we found in this VRBO and others we have stayed at was at the ease of leaving. Other VRBOs we've stayed at have required us to strip the beds, put the towels in the tub, empty the trash, run the dishwasher, etc. in addition to the cleaning fee charged. This location simply said to leave and they would do the rest! I definitely appreciated that as it was one less thing for us to have to worry about before our morning flight the day we left San Diego. The only issue we had was that we could not get the garage door to work. We had two cars and had to find a spot on the street or in the nearby neighborhood for one of them each night. We did contact the management company and they said they sent someone to fix it but we could never get it to work. Thank you SurfStyle for a great stay!
It was wonderful to get out of the AZ heat!! We took our 5 bicycles and put them in the garage. Garage was a little hard to figure out but we did after about 10 min. They have a coffee pot but no coffee. Take your own. The sofa bed is more like a futon I’d say queen size. I took my own queen fitted sheet and my 18 yr old slept on it. It was pretty comfy! The French gourmet restaurant is only a few steps from property, adorable and delicious!!! We are there twice for breakfast. Had a great time! There are concrete stairs going into the condo on the outside. Totally fine for us, but maybe not an older couple. The firework views are ok, but the city lights are nice! Ambiance is nice and place was clean!
You'll love this neighborhood and location, walk to tons of local dining (French Gourmet is right behind this place, I could eat there breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!). Townhouse felt new, everything was spotless and perfect for our group of 4, the sun deck was where we hung out the most. We will for sure stay again, thank you Surf Style! Nick & Michelle
Super location with a beautiful view of the ocean off the deck. Spacious & nice for 2 couples.
Beautiful modern updated condo conveniently close to a few cute cafes and coffee shops. Check in was very easy, they allow dogs which was a bonus! Few minute drive to beach/surf spots. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend !
My sister and I had a great weekend here. The kitchen was well appointed, spacious and bright. The outdoor patio was super fun and sunsets were gorgeous! The beds were super comfortable and the towels nice and plush. The location was centrally located and so easy to get anywhere around San Diego. I will come back, for sure!!
