It comes fully equipped with an exclusive outdoor deck with fire pit, seating, bbq, City views, & peek ocean views. Other features include 2 parking, fireplace, sleeps 6 (4 adults max), a/c, washer/dryer, coastal design touches throughout, & dogs ok (1 large or 2 small max).

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Remodeled & professionally designed interior with a coastal design them & white/blue/gray tones. Step into the main front entry door into a bright, sunny, & spacious open floorplan main living area with soaring vaulted ceilings for an open feel. The living room includes a plush sofa bed, accent chairs, cozy gas fireplace with Samsung SMART TV mounted above, windows letting in lots of natural light, & a set of french doors that leads to your very own outdoor view deck (see Outdoor Features below for add'l detail!).

Off the living room is a dining room that flow seamlessly in to the beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen that features cabinets galore, white quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchenware, & views out to a lush landscape exterior.

On separate sides of the home are 2 bedrooms, the first is the master suite with Cal King bed, Samsung SMART TV, direct access to the view deck, & ensuite bath with new restroom vanity & surround shower. The second bedroom houses a Queen bed with it's own small patio area, a quiet place to escape the hustle bustle. Separating both bedrooms is another full bath (tub/shower combo) + stackable washer dryer.

Parking includes 2 onsite spaces: a compact single car garage (apprx wall to wall dimensions of garage 6'10” high x 8' wide x 16' deep) + 1 driveway parking space. Compact vehicles are highly recommended for the garage parking space to ensure enough room to enter/exit your vehicle, the driveway will fit up to midsize vehicles.

Beautiful property consisting of 4 separate units over 2 levels, each unit with their own individual entry & not connected inside. Only 2 of the 4 units are available for rent; guests have the option to rent each unit individually or rent both for a combined 4br + 4ba that sleeps 12 (8 adults max) as follows:

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.
• Attractions
A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. • Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    The ocean view was such a nice surprise! The property looked EXACTLY like the pictures. Bright, clean, and the view was great. The location was perfect for us to walk to multiple beaches and restaurants. Our pups enjoyed the stay, too!The kitchen was well equipped and the property had plenty of extra linens. The neighborhood was nice and I felt secure walking the dogs in the area at night. The host was VERY responsive to emails, I have no doubt that if I had had any issues while staying they would have been handled immediately. I'm already planning my trip back, La Jolla is amazing and this was a great place to stay!

    This was a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described and shown in the listing. Check in and check out were seamless, wifi worked well, it was easy to find, and in a great part of town. It was incredibly clean and we had zero issues. I highly recommend this place, we would stay here again!

    We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only problem is it wasn’t long enough. Check in was easy. For an area where parking is difficult the personal parking space was great. The place was clean and comfortable. The roof top terrace has ocean views with great coastal breezes. We will definitely be back next year. One other thing, you can watch nightly fireworks from Sea World from the roof top.

    Very clean and lovely vacation spot for me and hubby. We enjoyed being able to walk to many local coffee shops and restaurants. I would stay here again. Garage parking is not possible, though available, but this unit has one guest parking spot. We will return soon.

    We arrived and immediately went out on the balcony and loved the view of the ocean we didn’t realize we’d have. We enjoyed the condo, cooked and enjoyed the fire pit on the balcony.     We had a great stay on a long weekend trip to San Diego. The rental is very clean and has been updated with upscale finishes. Very close to many coffee and and food spots. We would get our morning coffee at the Surf Lounge and walk the surrounding neighborhoods along the coast.

    We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The location was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The property itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed time on the balcony and usage of the fire pit and BBQ. It was also great to have a parking spot… unfortunately my car did not fit in the garage so the extra spot was helpful.

    Condo was as advertised with easy access and the additional parking spot for unit #4was perfect. Access to shops, restaurants, grocery store and the beach were all within a short drive. Beds were comfortable with plenty of hot water and a well-stocked kitchen for the two of us. We would happily return!
