Our second stay at park place. Even better than last visit. Very professional and acomidating. Beautiful, clean, modern, exciting safe place to stay not to mention reasonably priced. Hope it's avaliable for us next trip. We can't wait. It's like a home away from home romantic hideaway! Wow!!!!!

The room was clean but was difficult to keep clean because of the wet weather. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The parking situation was not ideal and thankful we were able to find parking due to the slow season of our stay. The views were the best part of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! One of the biggest highlights was the location—being right on the greenbelt, with easy access to beautiful walking and biking trails. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the views. It was the perfect balance of nature and convenience, and we truly felt relaxed and recharged after our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house is right on the Boise River. We rode the bikes that came with the house on the beautiful Greenbelt bike path. Did some tubing on the river. Lots of ducks Loved our stay!

Selected this place due to its location on the greenbelt and views of the river. We loved being able to walk to everything! The place was a nice size and very clean. Parking and entry to the rental can be challenging. I'd recommend adding stepping stones and trimming the tree if patio entry is required. Speaking of the patio, we had planned to use this space as it was a major reason for selecting this rental. Unfortunately, the area smelled like sewer making it undesirable and unusable for our two-night stay. Shared this information with the property manager upon check out. Their response was they noticed the smell PRIOR to our checking in and that they would contact the city (noticed sewer manhole covers at the property, but others down the path didn’t smell). No apology or advance warning. Avoided reaching out during our stay as we didn't want a potential disruption. Had I received a more favorable response to the issue, I would not have mentioned it here and the overall rating would be higher. Like another reviewer stated, the bed is hard. Maybe a mattress topper would help. I agree with another reviewer about the communication being off-putting. There is a more professional, service-friendly way to communicate that early check in is not permitted unless given approval. I’m assuming others have attempted what’s noted, but I don’t need to receive a full description more than once. Overall, it is a great place and could be fantastic if some issues were remedied.

The property location and accommodations were just what I was hoping for. The apartment was very clean. The location on the Boise River Trail close to music, food, and swimming was perfect. The only drawback for me personally was that parking can be challenging and the mattress was a little too firm.

Perfect location with walkable coffee shop, restaurant, and wine bar. The bikes were a bonus being so close to the greenbelt. We enjoyed the property which is very clean and perfect for two. The patio is great for sipping wine while listening to the river and people watching. We would absolutely return.

Loved this location for being able to run/walk/bike/tan on the greenbelt, coffee and food nearby. Home was clean and quaint!Only thing I didn’t love was that to get in there was no stepping stones, just mulch and it was quite wet I. That area for some reason and a bit muddy!!But I would still stay here again!

Best location ever right on the Greenbelt! Close to the parks. Get out the back gate and ride on the green belt. The only thing to consider is you will have to park on the street and walk up to the property about 100yds. It was not a problem for us. Right next to Luciano’s Italian and Grinds Coffee and not far from push and pour.

Great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Everything was easy, check-in, check-out, using the bikes. Parking is off site, but we had no problem finding parking close by. Loved that we were right by the greenbelt. We used the bikes everyday. We were able to visit downtown, Boise State, Parks, Restaurants...all by foot or by bike. Wonderful to wake up and have coffee on the patio while listening to the river and seeing people biking and walking on the greenbelt. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a great stay!

Our unit was very clean. It had a microwave and small fridge along with a toaster oven. We chose to eat out and only used the microwave. The only downside would be that there is no street parking as this unit faces the walking trail and river. We had to park about 2 blocks away but managed.

We came up to move our daughter back into BSU and we stayed for three days. Beautiful one bedroom. Clean, decorated well, comfortable bed and really quiet at night. We were right on the water within walking distance to many places to eat. About 10 minutes from campus. We rode the bikes provided along the water and had an incredible time. Definitely staying again.

Second time staying here, and a great location on the riverfront and great hosts. Also almost right in front of yes ... surfers on the river. Walk out the gate to walk or run along the river, and right near the activity at the Riverside hotel. You will be happy you stayed there.
