CONDO ON THE CANAL - Beautifully renovated 2 bed, 2 bath condo with all the comforts of home, in an excellent location in Winfield Place. Sit on your balcony and enjoy the view of Camelback Mountain. Situated on the Canal, so walk the Canal trail or bike without the hassle of traffic. Walking distance to all that downtown, Oldtown and the Waterfront has to offer. Groceries, Starbucks, spa, restaurants and numerous amenities are close by and an easy walk. Free trolley stop is just steps away.

The condo is set up with good quality kitchenware, glasses, utensils, linens and bakeware. Don't worry about having to buy salt/pepper and kitchen basics as they are all there, and then some. Bring your clothes and a toothbrush and move in.

The condo is in a complex with beautifully maintained grounds, desert plants, water fountains and plenty of green space. Relax at one of the two heated pools or hot tub. BBQ's and patio areas situated throughout the grounds with two available right outside the condo building, just steps away. New in-suite laundry for your convenience. Covered parking very close to your entrance.

No elevators and the unit is located on the 2nd floor. Complex is active with pot lucks and other activities over the winter months, great for Snowbirds. Clubhouse has lounge area, library, pool tables, tables for cards or socializing.

Easy 20 minute cab ride from airport. Great access to Highways 101 & 202.

    Working with the owner was great at this excellent Scottsdale condo. Location is prime for an easy walk to Old Town for dining or shopping. Very close to several golf courses, easy access to the freeway (about a mile) to get anywhere else in Phoenix. Two heated pools and a hot tub on property made our work/vacation time just perfect. I'll definitely go back.

    Most well-stocked condo we’ve ever been in. Great location and the Cheynes were wonderful. They checked with us upon arrival and again just prior to our leaving. Will definitely come back.

    Tha condo and property were well maintained. Pool was clean and a good temperature. Location is suburb beside the canal and just a short walk to fashion square mall, entertainment district, and old town. We will be booking again!

    Great location, 15 minute walk via the canal to Scottsdale Fashion Square, or Safeway. Grounds are kept in wonderful shape, and the complex is very quiet. The unit is in like new condition as are the furnishings.

    We love coming here. The condo has every amenity including modern fixtures, beautiful cabinets, counters and plenty of closets! The location is within walking distance of great restaurants,shopping, and a canal walk. The complex has a great pool to relax in shade or sun with a great book or visit with very friendly residents. This has everything a guest could want!

    The tastefully decorated condo was a delight to behold and the furniture comfortable for my month's stay. The beds and plush bedding allowed me an ideal rest while away from home. Attention was paid to every detail; great kitchen knives, large assortment of pots/pans, baking dishes and utensils, and enough dishes, silverware and glasses to be able to entertain. The high end wine glasses were a nice touch too. My greatest pleasure was being just a few steps away from the canal where I enjoyed daily walks without traffic and street noise. The canal also took me to the Fashion Mall and lots of restaurants. I could not have asked for a more ideal location for exploring the area or just lounging in the quiet of the condo reading in my comfy chair. The hosts were so welcoming and always available to answer my questions. There are no negatives to report, it was a perfect condo.

    A well appointed clean, comfortable condo. An easy walk to the Waterfront which always has events going on. Close to restaurants and shopping. A great feature is to be beside the canal for morning walks. Wonderful.
