Stayed Jul 28, 2022It was a real pleasure to work with the owners of the property. They were very helpful and responsive to issues that came up during our 6.5 month stay. Having owners nearby is extremely helpful when problems arise. The bedrooms and the associated closets are large for the size of the unit. The kitchen is small and very well-furnished; two people can't work in it simultaneously. We enjoyed being within walking distance of downtown Dunedin, the public library, Blue Jays arena, various restaurants and bars, and views of the Gulf. The Dunedin Community Center has a low-cost and well-furnished gym that is a great alternative to the very modest facilities in the development where the unit is located.

Stayed Dec 5, 2021It was a great location. So easy to get to so many things, shopping, beaches, horse racing, lots of festivals, golfing. Great walking community. Golfing in this area was very inexpensive.

Stayed Jun 1, 2021We stayed here while waiting for our home to be finished. Love the area, the town, and all the restaurants within walking distance. Has the opportunity to go to one of the local baseball games as well as see some great fireworks. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Oct 1, 2020The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. The location is great and the price even better. Beautiful green space accessed via a private patio. Comfortable bed, just too small. Only 2 love seats in living room, no regular size sofa. My husband is 6’2” and couldn’t relax on a small loveseat. The listing should include the damp rid buckets and hanging things in every closet and bathroom. The musty mildew smell was incredibly hard to live with. The smell followed me out on my clothes. Embarrassing. The a/c unit sounds like a jet plane (Part of the mildew problem I’m sure) so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The kitchen could really use a nice set of pots and pans and a decent drip coffee machine. Spent A LOT on Starbucks during our stay. And bring ANT & Mosquito spray. Yard guard if you plan to use the patio and green space. Price & location were our motivating factors so we expected a few hiccups. Due to the smell and ants, I can’t say we would stay here again. All things I’m sure the wonderful owners can look into fixing.

Stayed May 1, 2019So easy to access and private location in the condo development, near the entry gate. More than enough space for single person and also for additional renters. The walk-in closet was a nice surprise. Thee is a keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker for larger quantities than the single serve. Immaculate - tile floors throughout which are pet proof. Easy to get attention to any problems as the Victoria Palms property manager also manager of this unit. Only change would be to add a second television in one of the bedrooms, preferably the master. Thanks for your help with scheduling. Gail Tuschak

Stayed Jan 1, 2019The property owners couldn’t be nicer and more attentive. The condo is updated and fresh. The property location is ideal. It’s tucked into a neighborhood and a perfect distance from downtown, removed from activity but a very nice walk to the heart of Dunedin. The town of Dunedin is a hidden gem, one of the few towns left that has unobstructed views of the water from parkways and streets plus a charming downtown with lots of eateries and shops. Can’t wait to return.
