Vibrant retreat with pool, beach access, tennis, balcony, & stunning ocean views

Excellent location and unit! Probably the best stocked unit we have ever rented at the beach! Chairs, toys, and wonderfully stocked kitchen! Excellent pool and beach access! This was our 2nd time at Gulf Place and it’s the best of the best!

This property amazed us at every turn. It was beautiful and kept in great condition. The kitchen was stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need and the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys was a great surprise. Our entire family loved it and the pictures don’t do it justice to the view and short walk to get onto the beach.

Overall, we were delighted with the property. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, inviting linai on which we ate every day, delightful beach and pool. Nothing to complain about.

Great condo - well equipped-great location

Great place right on the beach! The unit was great and was exactly what we were looking for. Sunsets were so beautiful just steps from the condo. Highly recommend this palce.

Overall this condo was very nice and sufficient for what we needed. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths the 6 of us were comfortable for the week. The place was fairly clean when we got there except for the sliding glass doors. Another thing lacking was the number of potholders, dishtowels, etc. in the kitchen. We only had 1 of each. That's fine if you know in advance but that was not included in the starter kit list and so we thought there would be more. Even though there is a washer/dryer it's hard to do when you only have 1 of each. Could have used a few more hand towels and wash clothes as well. When you can sleep up to 8 should have sufficient amount for 8. Additionally the outdoor furniture had not been wiped off, seems like cleaning crew should do that between every stay. And the 10-digit code was not conducive to trying to remember it for the week - you had to make sure you had it with you at all times. We did love the laundry room and the stocked cabinet of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. That was a very nice touch! There were a lot of extra pillows which was great, but we could not find the pillow cases for them. Maybe we just missed seeing them. A very well stocked kitchen too - lots of glasses and plates, crockpot, blender, pots and pans, etc. One of the best stocked kitchens I've seen. Overall we had a great week of family vacation and I would recommend this place for sure.

The property itself was wonderful and perfect for families. We had a great time making memories that will stay with us forever. Although, the property management company Vacasa made a huge mistake during our stay. While my family, which includes two girls under 7, went out to dinner, they sent a man to our unit to change out our locks, unknowingly to us. No one from Vacasa bothered to send us a text message, email or even make a phone call to let us know that a man would be entering our unit. We came home our lock code wouldn’t work. Luckily we knew the lockbox code as we weren’t given the correct entry code upon arrival.My husband had noticed the lock was different on the front door as he was opening it. When stepped into our unit, we noticed that the kitchen cabinet had been opened, and there were hardware pieces from the locks on the kitchen table. We immediately knew that someone had been there without our knowledge. My two young girls were immediately terrified, thinking that someone had broken in. Since we didn’t know anything about a worker coming, my husband immediately called the police. I called Vacasa to let them know about the incident. When I spoke to the manager, she told me that she meant to call me, but got caught up doing other things. She was rude to me and had an attitude, acting as if the issue was no big deal. My girls spent the remaining nights afraid to go to sleep in their room thinking some one would be coming into the house. Incredibly disappointing.

Got to condo at 10:30 due to flight issues during the day, was not given any 4-digit code, could not get ahold of any one, was a disaster, was sending text to Vacasa app, no one responding (next day 10 hours later someone responded), luckily after 30 mins on phone call someone in another country picked up my call and got me the door code.
