Stayed Apr 1, 2026The location was great for what we were looking for. We did not use the pool. Close to shops and venues, but limited time to enjoy them. Unit was very clean, and the mgt staff was very good and accessible. There were a few minor things that the staff needed to address/fix. We gave them a list of such items and were thanked for bringing them up, as they were unaware. They assured us that minor concerns would be addressed. Very good service.

Convenient and spacious . Could use some updates but overall good.My caution on using VRBO, is the cleaning fee that comes along with basically being required to do the cleaning yourself .

Reviewer Comments: Our girls trip was amazing and the condo was roomy and we loved the balcony that overlooks the river below.The only (small) issue that we had, was the shower curtain in the master would NOT stay up (not really a big deal), so we just showered in the front bathroom.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025This condo was the perfect size and a great location! We were able to comfortably sleep six people, and the unit was clean and well supplied. It was within a 5-10 minute walk from anything in downtown Gruene, including tube rental companies. I would highly recommend this property and plan to return for future trips!
