Stayed Mar 15, 2026We left today after a delightful stay at the Very,Very Private Condo in Fountain Hills. The condo was exactly as listed and everything was clean, organized and comfortable. The folks around the property were fun to visit with and welcoming at the pool and hot tub. Fountain Hills is a very active community with a beautiful fountain in the center of a wonderful park and community center. Our host was easy to contact…he check in with us early to assist in our stay. I felt he would be responsive if anything was needed. Definitely would choose this property for future AZ adventures.

Stayed Oct 21, 2025Really enjoyed my stay here while I was in Arizona for my 100-mile race. The place was nice, convenient to everything I needed, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was great and check-in was easy. The bed was comfortable, and it was a perfect spot to rest and recharge. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The photos displayed within Tim's VRBO listing are accurate. Everything within the condo is upscale, clean and well-maintained. Very peaceful environment. The views are spectacular and to be appreciated. The description should reflect that there are TWO master suites, both very comfortable. I will engage Tim again when back in the area to gain availability of this property. If you or anyone within your party has mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Please answer Tim's query regarding access issues as there are steps and slanted sidewalks. Otherwise, the property and neighbors are wonderful. Enjoy your stay and Tim's hospitality!
