    House fulfilled our needs. We had a maintenance issue that was quickly remedied the next day with a great staff. House had easy access to where we wanted to go.

    The place is great, displaying a lot of beach charm with plenty of space to spread out in the living areas. Comfortable couches and beds make for a good nights sleep. The frog pond, sun room, and grill in the back provide a zen- like retreat space . Good for small families or groups. Lots of friendly neighbors with pickleball and an upbeat fun pool. The entire area is very safe and walkable to the Big Fish market and restaurant for good food. The area is very close to the beaches as well. The neighborhood displays beach charm. I would go back and encourage others .

    The house was nice, close drive to the beach. The bus stop by the Big Fish also takes you to the boardwalk. I would recommend this rental

    We loved everything about this townhouse. Small criticism, it gets cold downstairs and if you turn the air down, it gets a bit warm upstairs. 2 rooms upstairs did not have tv's. Great sun room and pond outside for patio seating and grilling.

    Quick ride to Rehoboth or Dewey, especially in the off-season. Lots of natural light in home and a cute neighborhood to walk.

    Great location. Quiet and close to neighborhood pool, tennis courts, and restaurant. Quick drive to beach and outlets. Never received a response to question about whether linens and towels were provided. Overall cleanliness was very good, but carpets and floors could use a good deep clean. Appliances were all in good shape. Kitchen faucet had a leak that was repaired during our stay.

    The property is very spacious with great flow on the first level. Each of the three bedrooms is a good size with plenty of closet space. The kitchen is a pleasure to use. The rear of the property backs to a very well maintained pond complete w frogs and a water feature.

    My husband and two small children had a great time staying in this townhome. It was clean, comfortable and close to town. After a few days at the beach, the kids enjoyed time at the pool right around the corner in the complex. It was a 4-minute drive to downtown Rehoboth - super convenient to some if our favorite spots. Definitely recommend for families!
