Stayed Mar 25, 2025First impressions are good but there were things that need improving. Kitchen is poorly stocked. Needs more bake ware and kitchen utensils. Only had bare essentials.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024Great location if attending something at the convention center. Very nice to have a full kitchen, next to a Publix, and be able to make our own meals rather than eat hotel food nonstop. Will stay again.

Stayed Apr 16, 2024This was our third time at this property- Vista Cay, but the first on The Reserve side and it was excellent! The new pool complex is fabulous, the staff is very relaxed and letting us all have fun while being responsible and respectful

Stayed Dec 2, 2023This property is in a great location if you’re planning a trip to any of the theme parks. The onsite amenities are also great! One night they had an outdoor movie while we swam in the pool. The apartment was very clean, and it has everything you need. The host was great at communicating. We had one minor question, and the host was very quick to respond. It’s also very close to a grocery store, pharmacy, and some restaurants. (Make sure you check out Slidders restaurant- delicious food!)
