Stayed Jun 29, 2025The unit was nicer than in the photos and super clean. We appreciated that! All the beds were comfortable and each bedroom had blackout drapes. It was a short walk to the fantastic pool! We were disappointed that the kitchen had a Keurig & no K cups and a dishwasher with no packets. An email ahead of our arrival could have eliminated that surprise.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This location is incredible, so close to everything, and so easy to get around. The facilities at Vista Cay Reserve were just what we were looking for. Communication with Booming Vacations was the best we've had with a vacation rental team - ever. Don't hesitate to book this spot with this team!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024My friend and I stayed here while we had a conference at the Rosen. It was in short walking distance. The condo was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. The property manager was responsive during the entire process. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 11, 2024We came down for a stay to see a Magic game. This property was as described and was very clean and as described. When I walked in I could smell that a cleaning had been done. It was awesome. The condo is so spacious and perfect for a family to all have their room to spread out. The grounds were gated, the pool was immaculate. We enjoyed the pool every day of our stay. The grounds were well kept. The property manager was in contact with directions on check in and out. Amazing place and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

Stayed Feb 5, 2024We loved our stay here! The condo is beautiful and super clean! A very short walk to Publix and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings. Very close to Universal and Disney. We would love to stay here again!
