Vaulted Ceiling Penthouse at Zenith in Romantic Zone | Pool, Gym, BBQ

- [ ] This is an appropriately-priced place for the area, and for what it offers. There are plusses and minuses. Very comfortable beds and spacious apartment on the 7th floor. Kitchen amenities are average (or slightly below) for this price range, examples: only 3 or 4 matching wine glasses, some of which have non-cleanable, permanent stains, no storage containers. Living room furniture is awkwardly designed and not very comfortable. Like any unit in this area, the primary bedroom facing the street endures thumping bar music until 3am. Your main view is across the street to another building’s pool, where the friendly but nosy swimmers may clap at your every move.- [ ] Pool area is very nice, with excellent BBQ which can be reserved for free. Unit has an outdoor dining table but not an indoor one. The one elevator for the building’s 49 units is insufficient, so you’ll wait a lot. Still, overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent, secure condo. The location couldn’t have been better. So close to all the good stuff you want in PVR but not noisy. Very quiet and relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location within walking distance to pretty much everything in the Romantic Zone. The building was secure and well managed, and the unit was very comfortable and well stocked. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

I would recommend this property. It was spacious, clean, had good internet, and beautifully appointed furniture. There was enough furniture for our group of 4 to sit comfortably inside the suite and on the deck. I found the common areas to be well appointed, and the pool deck to never be too busy. Gym was a fair size for the size of the property. Beds were very comfortable. Also, great showers and water pressure.

This property was spacious, nicely decorated and had every amenity you can imagine. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We spent a lot of time hanging out and enjoying the views from the pool. There are several restaurants, bars and of course the beach within walking distance. The Saturday Farmer's Market was the best! The only down side was being able to hear loud music from the bars until 3 a.m (only heard from the master bedroom). Pack your earplugs.

Our stay at the Zenith building was nothing short of amazing. The communication and assistance before, during and after our stay was top notch. Our property manager, Aurora, was the most pleasant and helpful contact I've ever had on a vacation. The condo is a great size with plenty of room to spread out, relax and take advantage of indoor/outdoor living. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

The property is wonderful, clean and well appointed. The view in the online pictures is dated. There is a new property being built across the street that blocks the view of ocean when looking straight out. The location is perfect.

Everything about this location is amazing!! Within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The condo decor was beautiful and definitely exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the fact that it is well furnished for cooking and has a washer/dryer. The rooftop pool is a plus on the days we decided not to go to the beach.The property manager was readily available for any questions/concerns at any time. We can't wait to return, as we will definitely stay here again.

Both the apartment and service were great! Very close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, but still quiet. Everything worked; hot water, Internet, kitchen, etc. My favorite area was the roof top with the hot tub and pool, and the balcony of the apartment. Check in was very easy.
