Value Priced Condo W/ Lake & Mtn Views, Free Ski Shuttle

This was a wonderful stay, one of our best VRBO experiences. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. It is also very intentionally and well stocked with about every kitchen item you would need.The host is EXTREMELY on top of everything, and a great communicator. You can tell they truly want everyone to have a great experience, and go above and beyond as needed. You can also tell they are very experienced and have planned well ahead.Another plus is the parking is very secure. I fit (barely) with a full size truck with a 3 lift, and I definitely had zero concerns about anyone messing with a vehicle.I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Susan and Bill were wonderful hosts! The condo was centrally located (walking distance to Lake Dillon and Dillon Amphitheater), clean and comfortable with nice amenities. It was the perfect getaway for our family of five and we would definitely stay there again.

Susan was a terrific host and is very caring about your stay. The house was very nice inside and very well kept. The layout was perfect for our stay and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. It's is a safe area and has some beautiful views of the lake just steps away. The unit is well furnished with kitchen needs. The bedrooms each have humidifiers, which were very much appreciated. The hot tub is on an extended long term fix and was not working. But Susan arranged for us to use a hot tub in an adjacent building (3 minute walk) and that was nice. The water supply has reports of radon but Susan said it was okay as long as the water is run for 30 seconds prior. We mostly used bottled water so it was no concern. As others have mentioned parking can be a challenge IF ice or heavy snow is present. A gutter drains in the parking vicinity and can freeze the water from melting snow. Thankfully Susan had the ice cleared before we arrived so we didn't have any problems fitting a Toyota 4 Runner in the parking spot. Susan also arranged for alternative parking for us in case we needed it. The gas fireplace is very nice, has a remote control thermostat and provides ambience and heat. The condo was a gem and Susan was a top notch host.

Great cabin close to the mountains with easy access to the different ski resorts! Clean and spacious.

Overall everything was great. Susan was very organized and communicative. Parking is a bit tight and can get icy, but we managed with 4 wheel drive.

Unit was great. Parking space was a little, maybe a lot tricky. Challenge even with a 4WD vehicle. ice, ice, ice.....

We really enjoyed staying in Susan's condo. The location is perfect, its close to everything -- marina, restaurants, supermarket, hikes. It also has incredible views of the lake. The condo was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Susan called me to check if we arrived ok, which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.
