The location was great. From there things went south. We rented this unit because it had two bathrooms. We were in town for a wedding. When I was in the upstairs shower it started to leak into the downstairs bathroom where the ladies were getting ready. Not Good! They sent a maintenance supervisor to determine the amount of work that was going to be needed to fix The leak. Property management still has not contacted me on any type of compensation. The intake for the ventilation system has more cobwebs on it than a Halloween decoration. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I would not book this unit or book any properties managed by Grand welcome team. Plenty of other properties available in the area.

The picture of the outside needs to be updated as the townhouses have been updated on the exterior - it looks really good from the outside now. It was dark when we arrived, so it was difficult to find. Also, the house across the street ended in an even number and this property also ends with an even number, so it was very confusing finding it in the dark. The sign with the address is damaged, so it was not easy to see the address - it's made of wood and parts of the numbers have fallen off.The townhouse itself is adequate. It needs a good deep clean, and fresh paint. It also desperately needs window screens and curtains over the sliding glass door to the deck as without any, the upstairs gets very hot. The kitchen floor was dirty in the corners with crumbs and what looked like mouse droppings, and for such a small kitchen, that should not happen. Overall, it was okay for a quick weekend to attend a friend's wedding across the street at the stables. Location was my biggest priority for renting this property, rather than the quality of the property. It served our purposes well, but I do think the cleaning crew needs to do better plus it smells a little old inside, like my grandma's house used to smell. For off season, the price was reasonable which was another factor in selecting this property.

Pros:Location. Only a five minute walk from where the parking lot ends. You can’t beat that.Clean. Except for cobwebs above the shower. Kitchen equipped fine, but no wine glasses.Cons:The whole place needs updating. We needed to prompt the property manager to deliver check in instructions even after arrival time. You’ll spend five on ten minutes figuring out the tricky combo lock on the door.Beds are memory foam. Whatever way the box spring is set up, you will feel your partner’s every twist and turn.Large wood burning fireplace from the 70s is open flame. Can’t imagine too many people want to attempt that fire starting project.Lots of old white plastic fans about the place.Expensive for what it is, but location is great, so that’s that.

Massive blizzard meant the cleaning crew was unable to clean prior to our arrival. Totally understandable but the property management company could have let us know prior to making the treacherous trip to get there. We would have postponed our trip if they would have let us know. They claimed they thought it was cleaned but heard otherwise. We could have tried to leave but it was dark out and a raging blizzard underway. We chose to stay and were required to clean the entre place, dirty toilets and all. We had to wash all linens to have sheets and towels, there were no extras provided. The PM company did the right thing and waived the cleaning fee and first night's rent. The place is in a really great location walking distance to the lifts. But it is old, worn out, and not very clean. If you are ok with the price they charge and dont mind the cleanliness this is for you.

Overall impression was satisfactory, and the property suited our needs just fine. The condo is in need of some deferred maintenance - no window screens and carpeting is showing it’s age. We had a pleasant time!

Property location was perfect close To Tahoe city and 40 min from Reno Tahoe airport. The Olympic Valley Mountain view was incredible. The heat wave made it hot inside in July but just stay at the beaches till later in the evening. Kitchen equipped, bed comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The only negative would be there was no screens on the windows except one, tiny concern that critters would come in at night cause windows had to stay open due to heat but they didn't . Never Walked upstairs to a visitor even with the patio door open and no screen. All that said, it was amazing and I would do it all over again screens or not!

Great location. Hot water took a long time to get warm but other than that a really good spot to stay and ski Squaw.

The location is very close to Squaw with a nice upstairs living room and kitchen area. The fireplace was great to have and there was some wood at the location and more can be bought from the 7-11 down the road if necessary. The downstairs bedrooms could use some remodeling however. The bigger issue was the check-in process was not handled properly leaving us out in the snow while we waited to get the code into the unit, and this property was originally listed as including a hot tub while there was not one. The management did provide a small refund though it did not seem commensurate with the issues we experienced.
