very close to the clock tower, but is not the clock tower. they were in the middle of remodeling for the season so hats off to them for upgrading the place. Parking is expensive, luckily we didn't pay during the off season. also parking is limited in the area. overall we had a nice peaceful stay in the off season

The unit was clean and quite livable, it's just very expensive for what it is. It's a very basic, very plain studio apartment in need of some maintenance. The premium cost (double what you might expect) is clearly just due to being in Vail, in the Lionshead village and very close to the lifts. In the future, we would try to find some place more affordable away from the village.

It is a very good property. However they never cleaned the room even when I asked them to do it twice.

We came for a ski vacation. The place was nice and clean. The location was the best we have stayed at in Vail. The kitchen was small but workable. I would recommend a new toast that fits bagels.I would stay here again.

Such a cozy and convenient accommodation. Everything we needed was provided and management was super friendly and helpful. Loved the hot tub after skiing and location was amazing.

Loved that there was a front desk staff during regular hours. Room was basic, but that’s all we need. LOVED the location! (Already booked a reservation for next year.)Minor complaints: Appreciated the tea pot in the room, but unfortunately, our toaster only half worked— even on the lowest setting it’s still burned part of the toast and didn’t cook the other part. Also lightbulbs were what were wattage which was kind of annoying. We bought new ones for while we were there. Like the fact that the fridge could fit a full-size pizza box!

The location is ideal. The beds were super comfortable, even the pull-out sofa. Everything we needed for making meals was there. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The room was very clean, even smelled freshly clean upon arrival. They let us check in early as we arrived that morning for skiing the day of arrival.

Room was nice and clean, great location with a view into the village. Our room was HOT though. Description said no A/C, but opening the door would cool the room. Temps were in the 30s at night and even with the door open and the fan on, we still could barely sleep and woke up sweating. The bed is also hard as a rock. Hot tub was too hot to enjoy for more than 5 minutes. Property was clean and pleasant, staff was very kind and helpful.

The condo was clean and lovely, as advertised. With the location being where it is facing the village, there was a lot of noise from music and people and a wedding nearby, so I could not have the patio door open in the evenings. The parking area was full so I had to park in the Lionshead structure with was expensive. I think that people staying here should get a voucher to park there. This is an added unexpected expense. They don’t enforce parking near the condo so some of the people taking up spots may not have been staying there, and therefore I had to pay 60 to park overnight

Only reason I'm not giving all stars was because the shower curtain rod came down when my husband was coming out of the shower. Twice. Although maybe thats on him, because I was fine. Haha

Our stay was fun! The location was perfect for us. We attended a wedding at the top of the gondola which was a 2 minute walk. The shuttle service was a 1 minute walk and very convenient for Oktoberfest. I received a call a few days prior to our arrival to confirm and ask if we needed anything and provide us with check in information. We also received a email the day before with specific directions and property info. The room was great - we would stay again.

A lovely and very convenient studio apartment right in the heart of Lionshead. The staff is friendly and offered chocolate bars at the front desk! The elevator was out of commission on our check-out day, which was problematic, but the staff handled getting our luggage downstairs. The parking lot is a bit tricky to find, but all in all, just a great stay! Thanks so much!

Location is great and the front desk staff was super helpful. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There were dips all throughout leading to a lack of sleep. I have stayed in this building multiple times and always love it. This unit’s bed needs replacing.

Stayed with my girlfriend and our dog. Check in process after hours was smooth, everything was as advertised. Great value for summer/off peak!

Great place

Loved the close location to the gondola. Only one hiccup, I extended my stay for an additional day and was unable to get back in my room. Eventually someone was able to let me in. Overall enjoyable

It's a great place to be, the only difficulty is you have to pay for parking on the property that you are staying at, so that's a bit of a scam I think but it is what it is

The view was amazing and we had everything we needed. My dog competed in the Dock Dog Events and the location was perfect!

This property was perfect for what we needed - cute, cozy and amazing location. We had the best time walking to all Vail had to offer and would love to come back for the ski season. You cannot beat the location and the hot tub worked out really well too!

Price was good relative to nearby places. Good for 2 people but could get a little crowded if you had a family of 4 in there. Still would be a great value. The only problem I had was the bed. Too hard for me and has low and high spots. With the right bed, it would be perfect.

We really enjoyed the location and the space but we were disappointed that some of the basic things is the kitchen and the fireplace were missing. No glassware to warm things in the microwave, no spatula as well as the fridge was leaking water inside so we had to continuously dry it off and the fireplace glass was too dirty for us to enjoy it
