Welcome to our long term vacation rental! We are located at the Fountains in Scottsdale Ranch. Walking distance to Scottsdale Ranch Park and Mercado (At Scottsdale Ranch) with restaurants, drugstore and coffee shop. Our condominium is located on the 2nd level with high ceilings and windows to let in the sunshine. The pool is a very short walk from our door. The pool is heated year round and surrounded by a pond, fountains and beautiful landscaping.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023We spent three months in this condo and were extremely happy with the condo, the complex, the neighbors and the communication with the owner. The condo was just as pictured and very clean. The condo complex has a park-like setting for the heated swimming pool and hot tub. The only problem we had is that we struggled somewhat with the tv and getting the channels we enjoy. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely return.
