Vacation Location Madeira Bay Resort Unit 407!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend staying here! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. All appliances were updated and worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The parking was very convenient, and so was the walkway to the beach. We would definitely book again, and would recommend this unit as a great stay!

Had a great time. Great location across the streetfrom beach walking distance to John’s Pass. Nice little balcony over looking inlet with marina. Property manager very helpful. One bathroom with a family was a little tough, but we managed to make it work.

stayed here with my family of 4 for 4 days to get a couple of beach days and to tour University of Tampa. the condo is right across the street from the beach, really easy access with a boardwalk then a path through the dune. nice beach, clear water, plenty of room. we didn't visit the pool or hot tub. the condo itself is clean and comfortable. full kitchen, though we only cooked eggs in it. keyless entry was very nice to have on a beach vacation. the balcony is nice for 2 people to sit and enjoy. the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom were nice and the AC worked great. ceiling fans in each room were also great to have. all in all, the condo was a good home base on a busy trip. it was an easy 45 mins drive to and from the tampa airport. john's pass is right down the street, an easy couple of block walk. it has decent shops to pick through for souvenirs, has ice cream, coffee, cigars. the whole family loved Mad Beach Cantina which is right next door to the condo. good burritos and tacos and margaritas. good craft beer at Mad Beach Brewery in John's Pass too. went to st john vianney for easter mass. its an easy 15 minute drive without having to go back over the bridge. recommended. great communication with the owners, they reacted very quickly to any questions that we had before and during our stay.

Tha condo was very nice. Clean and well maintained. Loved that is was within walking distance to John Pass, which has many stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again

Excellent

This condo was perfect for a short beach getaway. It had everything we needed including plenty of beach sand toys, 4 beach chairs, 2 inflatable floaties, and 3 beach towels. The view from our balcony was lovely - we looked down on yachts docked in the bay harbor. It was breezy, cool, and quiet in the evenings and highlighted a lovely sunset as well. Our apartment was a short walk across the street to the beach. There is a large natural sandy area separating beach front condos from the actual beach which was very nice - high rise condos were not directly behind us on the beach! John's Pass was literally a 5 minute walk giving us easy access to souvenir shopping, restaurants, and jet ski's, parasailing, and kayak / paddleboard rentals. Location was fantastic! Owners were responsive and attentive. Check-in and check-out processes were super easy!

Great place to stay! Very clean, the beach is a few steps across the street and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would def stay again!
