Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our first time renting through VRBO and Nancy, the owner made the entire process very easy. She was fast to respond to all questions and couldn't have been nicer to work with. The condo was beautifully decorated, spotless and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Stayed May 28, 2020The property is less than a year old and spotless. Very quiet and a beautiful sunrise off the back second floor lanai. Spacious and well furnished. Only 20 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach public access and only 30 minutes to downtown Naples and the Naples pier. If you love golf....this is the destination. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Could not be happier with my stay.

Stayed May 7, 2020We really enjoyed our stay on Pocida in Esplanade! The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, had a pretty water view, great floor plan and very comfortable beds! We loved sitting in the lanai area! She had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is beautiful too with friendly neighbors as well! We even had a change of plans on the last day and the owner was exceptionally kind to help us! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!!
