Stayed May 21, 2025I would definitely recommend staying here and if given the chance I would stay here again! There was a small hiccup in the beginning with communication but the owner quickly and promptly more than made up for it which these meet nothing negative to say about my stay! Thank you again for your hospitality Fred and for making things right and helping me having a memorable trip!

Stayed May 13, 2025Our stay was superb the V177 apartment was perfect. The furnishings and was quite cozy. The owner came over and showed us how to navigate the controls in the house and gave us helpful instructions. This really was helpful and gave us peace of mind for our stay. The location for ZR is superb 1 block from the beach, and great dining. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024Fred's condo is ideal in many ways! Firstly he met me in person and kindly showed me all I needed to know with much patience and time as I needed. The condo is exactly as in the photos - the decor is beautiful. As a solo female traveler I was extremely comfortable and felt safe in the 24hr secured building. The rooftop pool area is STUNNING! With spectacular views and comfortable lounge chairs, tables to eat at, relaxing areas and communal fridge and bbq - they've thought of everything. The location of the condo in the Romantic Zone is close to the beach, restaurants, galleries, shops, cabarets etc., but it is very quiet. I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend V177 condos. My sincere thanks to Fred, who is a real gentleman and wonderful host! Sandra from Victoria, B.C.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Very nice studio condo, perfect for two. The place is very nicely decorated and it has everything you need, like a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The common area on the 7th floor was great to sunbathe and to watch the sunset. We very much enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend!
