V177 1/2 BLOCK TO BEACH....,WALK TO EVERYTHING

This is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Zona Romantica, very close to Los Muertos Beach and top notch restaurants. The condo has everything you need and the two patios are a great feature. The rooftop pool area is lovely with an awesome view of the ocean and skyline.

Greg is a wonderful Host! easy check in. Great location right next to the beach. only 4-6 mins walk to the major bars and clubs. The unit was very cleaned and we enjoy sitting outside people watch and waving as they passing by. The roof top pool and the view was fantastic. I would def be staying here again in the future.

The unit and entire building, pool area, etc. was immaculate and very well maintained. Great views from the roof top pool and all the amenities. The unit itself was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Also a great location as you can walk to many restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this property!

Our stay at V177 was truly the best of both worlds! We spent most days on the rooftop enjoying the sunshine, infinity pool and hot tub but with the beach a short walk away, we also spent a couple of days there. Given its location, we were a short walk to great restaurants, bars and beach clubs and sitting on the front balcony of the condo was A+ people watching. The quieter side patio was ideal for breakfast coffee or a quieter evening cocktail. Greg ensured we had everything we needed and Javier made for an easy check-in/check out process and was a text message away if we needed anything. Overall fantastic experience in the heart of the Romantic Zone!

I had a wonderful stay in this V177 condo. The apartment is clean, very well stocked with all the kitchen and bath amenities needed. This apartment is unique in having two large patios, one overlooking the common garden area that is hardly ever visited by other guests, so feels like your own private garden. The building is also one of the best maintained and well-run of any I have stayed in PV. In addition, it has the best rooftop pool and lounge area I have experienced, and it was nearly empty during my entire visit. Both the manager and the owner were very accommodating and always available. You can't go wrong with this place.

The location is perfect - walking distance to everything! Rooftop views are amazing! The condo had everything we needed and the check in process was super quick and easy. Highly recommend!

We loved our vacation in Puerto Vallarta! Especially this lovely condo to come home to after a day of adventuring in the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit had everything (and more) that we could need. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and all the best restaurants. I recommend breakfast at Coco's kitchen- the apple pancakes were my favorite. The staff and service were above par. Very accommodating and remembered us, our drink orders, favorite table, etc. We will be back and look forward to staying here again. We love PV!

We have stayed in this building before but this corner unit is our favorite. Spacious, well-maintained, and TWO balconies: one at the garden level and one overlooking the street (great people watching). The whole building and grounds are beautifully maintained. The owner Greg and manager Javier were terrific. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We cannot compliment Greg or Javier more. It was a perfect stay and they were both gracious and 100% accommodating to our questions. We love this place and plan to stay again one day soon!!
