We loved the space! Great for our family and friends that came along. The view was magnificent and we really enjoyed being on the balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was in a great location on an area of Orange Beach that is not very overcrowded. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The only complaint is the bedroom with two queen beds was not at all comfortable. Once of the beds had a broken frame and was held up by a few pieces of wood that were propped under the mattress. We did not discover that until the last day there after our daughter and her significant other slept in that bed all week and complained about how uncomfortable it was and how much their back hurt (ending up moving to the couch three nights they were so uncomfortable). If not for this, we would give this condo 5 stars, but as is, we would not be able to return to this condo until we knew that bed was fixed so that whomever was sleeping in that bed would have a comfortable nights sleep but once fixed properly we would definitely recommend this property. Everything else was wonderful!

Our family of 8 stayed at The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II), and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The location is unbeatable with easy, direct access to the beach — a huge plus for our group.The amenities are top-notch. We loved the multiple pools, including the adult pool, the splash pad for the kids, and especially the lazy river — my personal favorite! There’s also a great game room with arcade games, and the basketball and pickleball courts kept my nephew entertained for hours. We also made good use of the outdoor grills, which made family dinners easy and fun.The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the beach. Navigating the property was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We also really appreciated the convenience of the Oasis Beachside Café and Bar located right downstairs — perfect for grabbing a bite or a drink without leaving the property.The only minor downside was the elevator wait times, which could be a bit long, especially during the busy Memorial Day weekend — but that’s to be expected with such a popular spot.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun and comfortable beach retreat!

The room was very clean and communication was great. Only thing that wasn’t great which they have no control over they shut down the bar and grill for 3 days for construction in the middle of the week. They knew all the people staying that week. It put a damper we couldn’t get any food or drinks while there.

The only thing we noticed was there was some food and other trash left under the couche and recliner. Other than that, it was perfect and clean.

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed staying at the Phoenix West 2, our rental property was not clean, the ceiling fans were dirty with black dirt noted, very dusty, floor not clean, the appliances are outdated and scratched up, very disappointed. I've stayed at a Phoenix condo for the past 10 years and have never been to one as dirty as this one.

The couch had room for everyone to just hang out. The best thing about this building was we never had to leave for the kid’s entertainment. The water slide, splash pad and lazy river were all there. Pickle ball courts too. Would highly recommend staying here. Parking is available for extra cars if they have space.

Parking passes have always been included in the cost of the condo rental in the places I have previously stayed. Also, the worker at the desk where I paid for the parking passes needs a crash course in customer service!
