Stayed Jan 7, 2020First time using this site. Everything went perfectly smooth. Unit was very clean & remodeled recently. Had everything I wanted, ceiling fans, new linens, all kitchen accessories. Parked right outside my window. Close to downtown, saw several Mardi Gras parades just a mile away. Located close to several clean grocery stores, mall & restaurants. 3 freeways within 3 miles. An excellent experience. Communicated easily w/ landlord and he was most accommodating. Would definitely rent from him again.
