    This condo worked great for me to live and explore Austin a bit. You’re really close to 6th street and have pretty easy access to the convention center and the rest of downtown Austin, particularly if you enjoy walking and exploring and area. Doris was a fantastic host, being responsive and helpful with any questions.

    I was looking for a place to stay in the Austin area for the month of July. This condo was such a better option than a extended stay hotel. It is so convenient to so many things that I didn't need a car. The condo was well equipped. It was nice to be able cook some and the Royal Blue Grocery was a short walk. The owner was very helpful and the condo was really nice. The building was very secure and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

    Absolutely gorgeous place in a great location. I stayed for six weeks while working downtown and was able to walk absolutely everywhere O wanted to! There was an onsite security guard at all times, optional parking, valet, and a rooftop patio. Will absolutely go back and book with again!
