Upscale Condo with Private Entry! Walk to Downtown Restaurants & Shops!

This was the perfect location for a weekend in Traverse City. We were able to walk to all our favorite shops and restaurants and were a 5 minute bike ride from the Bota bus system. The space was beautiful, clean, organized and lots of thoughtful details. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here ! The place was spotless and had everything for a comfortable visit. The special touches really made a difference, like the bathroom amenities and heated floor, coffee, comfy beds, and plush towels . We were especially impressed that our seven month old grandson was well taking care of , with a fluffy baby bathrobe and blankets waiting for him. The location is perfect -central and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful condo, convenient parking, great location! Close to downtown so we could walk around each day and go to different shops, bars and restaurants. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed!

Great space within walking distance to everything. Fantastic amenities, super clean, and all around great space for an adult getaway. Highly recommend. Only complaint would be the lack of parking spaces available. One free spot for 6 adults is not so convenient. Additional free parking was offered outside of town.

Very nicely updated condo with many amenities. Host left plenty of instructions so you did not have to search for answers. Location is hard to beat with so much to do within an easy walk.

We chose this condo because of the size for our family and the location within walking distance to everything downtown. We were pleasantly surprised by how well appointed the condo itself was. It is obviously well decorated but the owner also considered all of our travel needs. From the moment that we entered the condo we felt welcomed and appreciated.

This is a fantastic place and location! It exceeded or expectations. Not only is it walkable to Downtown TC attractions, shopping, & restaurants it is centrally located to many other attractions in the area like vineyards, Torch Lake, Empire Bluff to name a few.

The apartment was in great condition and had all the right amenities. It was in a great location right on the main road but the downside to this is that during the early morning when people are commuting to work etc it was loud. Out of the owners hands but if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. It was not deter me from renting here again!

I was supposed to go with my wife and 2 adult kids but life happened and it was just me. Great space! Comfortable and well appointed. So walkable, I could explore and leisure. Definitely will come back.

Very modern nice place right downtown. Ground floor. Big dining room table for 6 and a nice little desk area, good for doing some remote work.
