Upscale Condo with Mountain Views - Near Downtown Palm Springs

Forrest’s property is 5* Look no further if you are planning a trip to Palm Springs! Forrest is such a condiderate & communicative host. Nothing is too much trouble. He offered us an early check in/check out without asking. The furnishings are beautiful & the entire apartment is pristine. Luxury toiletries and sun cream provided, and once Forrest knew we were tennis players, he delivered two new tubes of tennis balls to enhance our experience! The entire development is beautifully maintained and the pools and hot tubs frequently cleaned. We would most definitely return! Thank you for being such a wonderful host Forrest!

This place is everything it says it is and more! The managers have thought through every detail and accommodate every need one may have when away from home: coffee, bandaids, spices… The neighbors are welcoming, which is not always the case with VRBO renting. Both pools are heated to perfection and all one may need or desire is easily within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. I will most certainly be back. FYI: Tropical has a wonderful happy hour with live music and is two blocks away.

We stayed in this unit for the month of April. Not only is it as clean and beautiful as it appears in the photos, but it was the most well-appointed VRBO rental we have ever stayed at. The owners have clearly put some thought into ensuring that guests are comfortable and feel at home, and respond quickly to communications. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place. It has everything you need in the kitchen, bedroom, and living space. The neighbors were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We worked from home here and wished we could stay longer. Everything was nicely cleaned when we arrived, so it felt very COVID safe. The host was quick to respond to any requests or needs. We would recommend this place to anyone! The listing is very accurate.

The pictures of this property are phenomenal. The space itself is even better and feels more like a luxury hotel than a vacation rental. It's extremely functional and comfortable; all of the appliances are WiFi'd, the lighting, AC & heat are voice-operated and there is an iPad that controls the entire place. The look of this apartment is super chic and a joy to come home to. It's a corner unit that is South and East facing with stunning views of the mountains. And within walking distance to restaurants and cafes downtown. We LOVED our stay here!
