House was lovely and just as described. I had a few questions prior to our stay and Bill was super helpful and quick with communication. The beach, boardwalk and Asbury Ave are so close and walkable. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

This property is spacious and beautifully decorated. There was lots of room to gather together and also space for privacy. The kitchen was well equipped. Since we were coming from the west coast we didn’t realize initially that linens were not included. When we did find out they were provided quickly for an extra fee. The host was very courteous and responsive. We would stay here again anytime.

My wife and I loved the house and how easy it was to communicate with the owners. And being dog friendly was a great bonus. The house is a five minute walk to several beaches. We loved our stay, as did my son and his bride.

Bill was a great host- quick communication whenever we needed something or had questions. The house was great- loaded with extras for us to use during our stay. Perfect location- short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Would def stay again!

This is a very nice house in a great location very close to 3rd St beach! House is lovely and well taken care of, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Host was very responsive when we asked a question. Great neighborhood close to boardwalk, shops and restaurants!

Everywhere we wanted to go was a walk or short bike ride a way. Condo was clean wellstocked.coochair.

OC is our happy place and this is a fantastic home base to enjoy everything the community has to offer!! Located just steps from the beach and an easy walk everywhere else, we covered 56k steps in three days. The space is beautifully appointed, super clean and very comfortable. All of the images and descriptions are 100% accurate, and in person is even better. The hosts were communicative and easy to get in touch with. Some favorite parts of the visit including spending time on the three decks, cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, and curling up in the evening to watch just about any channel on TV. Our black lab was right at home, too. Rent this place as soon as you can!

We love OC and this was such a beautiful place to spend Thanksgiving !! Layout is great large room with many beds upstairs worked great for us with group of family teens and other rooms with multiple bathrooms is excellent - loved the porches to see sunset sunrise depending on time of year and and even a little peek of the ocean

This condo is perfectly located to get to downtown and the boardwalk. Was clean and enough space for me and my family. Appreciated the contact from the condo owner prior to arriving. Well stocked, would definitely stay here again

It was a perfect house for our group of 10. Convenient to beach and boardwalk. House was beautiful and the porches were wonderful for hanging out. Bill communicated promptly. He even took a picture of our group the day we were leaving.

We are a family of 13, including 5 children, ages 5 to 10. We had a fantastic time, with the help of this house. It is meticulous and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, games and books, and plenty of seating. Its front and back balconies were used every day - front for reading and quiet times and back for games, toys. The four bedrooms, with the option of the trundle beds and bunk beds, was perfect for our various age groups. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was a huge plus. The outside shower for rinsing and garage for beach storage were very helpful. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this house for a very pleasant vacation with a large family!!

This place is such a wonderful spot close to the beach but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can walk pretty much anywhere you want to from here and come back and relax in the cool air after a hot day. Everything was clean and there was everything you’d need there - all kitchen supplies, games, books, puzzles, beach toys and chairs.. it was great. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was very nice, clean, and overall a great place to stay. We enjoyed sitting outside and feeling the breeze off the ocean as the beach was only a few blocks away. We plan to come back in 2024.

We had a great family trip for my dad's 80th birthday and enjoyed the house very much.
