Stayed Aug 2, 2025No significant issues at all. Location in Traverse City is ideal. Two bedroom unit is perfect for two or two couples. Walk 10 minutes one way to the lake. Walk ten minutes the other way to the Boardman Lake trail. Owner/manager communicates very well.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024This is the third year that we've stayed at the property for 4 weeks. It is well located with easy access to everything that downtown TC offers. The condo is quiet, clean and well appointed with a secure garage for parking one car. We'll be back next year.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023This is our second time staying at this property for over a month. It is well located just outside the traffic congestion yet near all the restaurants and downtown activities. The condo is well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend this property and will stay here next year when we are in town for the horse show.

Stayed May 24, 2023On this trip we just stayed a few days, but after we settled in, we were able to walk to Breakfast, lunch or dinner, (or cook a nice meal in) go shopping or take a scenic walk along the bay. All without driving anywhere!! Beautiful home and great location.
