Glacier Lodge is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village- Perfect for skiing or biking! Located a TWO MINUTE WALK to the NEW Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola as well as liquor stores, restaurants, cafes and more.

Portobello Restaurant, Fitzsimmons Pub, Legs Diamond Restaurant, a liquor store, a grocery store, and Fairmont Hotel. 10 Min walk to Whistler Village and Olympic Plaza!

SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
Wind down after a long day skiing or biking at our home. Curl up with some hot chocolate by the fireplace after checking in your skis or bike in the free, secure storage room by the front desk.

SKI RENTAL
Ski Rental is super easy with a great local store located within the Glacier Lodge!

LAUNDRY
There are laundry facilities in the building for a small fee. We provide laundry detergent

GYM
There is a gym in the building for your use- stay fit while on vacation.

PARKING
Parking is $25 for 24 hours and is underground/secure. You will get a code for when you check in with the front desk for the garage gate.
The parking gate is 6`8` in height.

OUTDOOR HEATED POOL AND HOT TUBS
The Courtyard area—including the pool and hot tubs—will be closed from June 9, 2025, through late fall 2026 due to a mandatory building-wide project.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guests will have access to the lobby, gym, laundry room, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, ski and bike storage, secure parking garage, and their own private, suite.

We will be available by text, email, or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course, we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.

During the summer months, Whistler Upper Village is home to the Adventure Zone, where families can go horseback riding, enjoy a round of mini golf, or fly through the air on a trapeze. The Upper Village is also just minutes away from the Chateau Whistler Golf Course

With the perfect blend of alpine adventure and quaint village life, the Upper Village offers lovely and affordable vacation rentals in Whistler that allow you to stay, play, dine, and relax in the mountains.

You do not need a car to stay in this location in Whistler. You can walk anywhere! You can also use the bus system to get around which is located a 5-minute walk from the home. If you do have a car, you can park in the secure underground garage with coded access or message Alisha /Kerry (your hosts) for alternative parking options.

Important note:

Pool & Hot Tub Closure
The Courtyard area—including the pool and hot tubs—will be closed from June 9, 2025, through late fall 2026 due to a mandatory building-wide project.

Construction Noise
There will be intermittent louder construction activities may occur 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (pipe cutting, slab coring, rebar delivery).
No work will take place on weekends.
Tent lighting may be on until 8:00 PM during workdays.

Patio Closures
All patios are currently closed and will remain inaccessible until further notice.

Propane tanks may run 24/7 (can be turned off overnight depending on temperature).

Waterproofing work may produce strong odors temporarily.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no construction on weekends.

For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee.

This entire property is NON SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

    We loved staying on Blackcomb. The place was clean and nicely remodeled (especially the kitchen), plus well stocked for cooking. It was a quick walk or bike ride to Whistler Village, and the paths near the river were just a couple of minutes away.

    Couldn’t be happier with the beautiful property itself and the location. Located right next to the Fairmont on Blackcomb and only a short walk to the Whistler side. A great mini market right across the street, and multiple on resort food options all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. As an FYI, Glacier Lodge is not air conditioned, but it is cool enough at night that it stays very comfortable with only fans on and windows open during the day.

    Just want we needed. Kids loved the small wade pool. Very close to Walmart and all the parks. Traffic heavy at times but still very close. Resort pool and water park were fun. We would stay here again.

    Location, location, location!! If you ski, stay here. Two minutes to the Blackcomb gondola. Ski storage on-site. Great food across the street. LOVED it here. Best stocked VRBO kitchen I've been to. Will stay again without question. No idea what the negative reviews are about. Everything was perfect. It's even better in person.

    We had a really nice stay in 129 Glacier Lodge. Seldom would we rate with5 stars but this place deserves it . Only thing we didn’t like is that we can’t satay longer! Excellent location in Upper Village everything within short walking distance. Suite was clean , comfortable and extremely well equipped. Our dog was absolutely at home here too. In Whistler, this property would be hard to beat and recommend it for anyone . Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful vacation home and to Nestaide management. Nestaide was very responsive to any enquiry on email with minutes . Front desk was great too.
