Stayed May 25, 2024Description said dishwasher, NO DISHWASHER Oven, OVEN TEMPERATURE UNREADABLE Cleanliness, COULD/SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT CLEANER Kitchen/Dishes, YUCK, BOUGHT PAPER PLATES Location, ADVERTISED AS QUIET, IT WAS NEXT TO A PUBLIC PARK WITH LOTS OF MUSIC Check In, HAD NO GOOD INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO ENTER BUILDING AND UNIT Pool/Beach NO EXPLANATION OR INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING LOCATION OF KEY FOB WHICH WAS REQUIRED TO ENTER BEACH AND RETURN Bed, GOOD MATTRESS BUT HAD KING SIZED SHEETS INSTEAD OF QUEEN, SO SHEETS DIDN'T FIT PROPERLY Sliding Glass Door, DID NOT LOCK AT ALL (Good thing we were on the 10th floor) TV, EXCELLENT TV

Stayed Dec 1, 2023Wonderful view, covered, inside parking a plus. Very secure building. Great location. Apartment could use a bit updating, but no complaints. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Washer and dryer on site. Sunsets can be viewed from private porch. Totally enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 25, 2023Loved the location. Close to everything. We didn’t have a car so Uber and Instacart were very convenient and easy to schedule. Sunsets were amazing.

Stayed Apr 14, 2023We planned on spending all of our time on the beach or at the pool, and that is what we did. Being located by the grocery store, CVS, and the dollar store was very helpful because we did not have a car but we did have bikes. The bikes were hard to park because we needed to put them in the Condo. We wished they had a bike rack area to park and lock them to. So after a few days we returned the bikes because it was more of a hassle to have them. The restaurants in the area were good and when we wanted to go to John’s Pass we used the trolley which was wonderful and the stop was right by the driveway entrance. We also took the Trolley to Clearwater to see the sand sculptures event that is there every April. The Condo space was good for the two of us and sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins was wonderful.

Stayed Jan 4, 2023Great location. You can have a nice quiet time here and it’s easy to find more night time entertainment if you prefer. We enjoyed our stay for sure!!
