Upgraded, Light-Filled St. Moritz Villa 325

Convenient, 2 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and a super market. Safe, quiet, and clean. Seems like they have anything you would want kitchen wise. Plenty of seating and a big tv. Totally enjoyed our stay. Will try to come back before the summer is out, to catch some more trout.

St. Mortimer — READ Nomadness Rentals on Trustpilot before you book.At first impression, the unit is cute, quaint, and centrally located. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. During a 3-night stay, we experienced numerous maintenance failures and extremely poor support. This unit is clearly not well maintained.The first night, the circuit breaker tripped and we lost power and lights in most of the unit for 12 hours. I called and messaged repeatedly and could not get help. Cooking in pitch black wasn’t easy. There was no after-hours emergency number on their voicemail at the time (this appeared only after the incident). I requested compensation and received none. I was even told there were “no issues,” despite being on the phone during business hours and receiving verbal instructions on how to fix it myself. Finding the unit was also unnecessarily difficult. It’s in Building G. We searched for 45 minutes in the dark. This information is buried under “Amenities” instead of being included with check-in instructions. When I pointed this out, I was treated like I was the problem.Additional issues included a TV that randomly stopped working, an extremely finicky furnace (we fixed a broken wire), a broken wall heater, an unsafe and unusable couch bed, pellet bags piled in the living area, flimsy fixtures, a shower door that wouldn’t close, and loud furnace/vent noises at night.Bottom line: poorly maintained unit and terrible management. I would not stay here again

Place was clean and lots of natural light. There were a few issues with the place that weren’t a huge deal, but small inconveniences. Such as - there is a GFI that trips multiple times per day, pellet stove malfunctioned, and we didn’t have soap in one of the showers. The Maitenance team was amazing and fixed all issues promptly and professionally

Spacious property, well appointed, clean and comfortable, in quiet neighbourhood. Close to the old town stores and restaurants.

We enjoyed this property. Check in was easy, the condo was clean with beautiful big windows, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to the village and Eagle Lodge.

Loved the pellet stove. Whole process effortless. Would definitely recommend.

It’s an incredibly clean and quiet place, close to the market, with convenient parking, excellent heating that makes it cozy, spacious rooms, and each room has its own attached bathroom. A perfect home at a great price!

Myself and friends loved our stay here! Clean, near local stores, shuttle, easy to access. Would definitely stay here again! Fair value for what you get! 10/10.

Great layout, 2 masters, very light and uplifting.

Great location, excellent unit. The only things lacking were access to ski/board storage closet and a sound system. The bath soaps, conditioner and lotion are a very nice touch!

The kitchen had everything!! The management company was quick to help.
