Departure Instructions:
As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!

Important Notes:
✅ Flexible Cancellation: Cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund
Accommodations: This home is a second floor condo of a duplex building. There are a set of stairs to our front door.
Outdoor Amenities: The ground floor patio is private for the lower unit only.
Roof Deck: Locked and not accessible to guests
Security: Monitored by exterior cameras and interior noise sensors

Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 30+. If all guests are adults, each must be 30+ (families excluded)
