Walk down to the white sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico to build sand castles, surf, boogie board, and so much more. On your way back home, takea short detour to grab a bite to eat, shop, and see the sights of the island.

This two-bedroom condo is nicely upgraded with features such as leather sofas in the living room across from a flatscreen TV, making movie nights a must after a long day in the sunshine. This condo comes with WiFi, cable, and a DVD player.

With a full kitchen (major and small appliances included), there's no need to break the budget eating out for every meal, and there is plenty of seating among the high-top table and barstools.

Down the hall is a washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed and the other features two twin-size beds. Add in the living room sofabed and there's room for all six to sleep well each night.

South Padre Island truly is a great destination location and is bursting with all kinds of activities to please everyone.     Kitchen was adequately equipped and functional. The online pictures were misleading as it was different furniture than shown and a smaller space than we expected. The online Description noted that it had been updated recently however, there were missing pictures, broken lamps and no instructions for how to use the “Roku” tv. We were not familiar with that. Walking distance to several good restaurant/bars and less than a block to the beach. We never did meet with or talk to the property manager but when we had a few maintenance issues they were handled promptly and the people that came were very friendly and nice to work with. Overall it was ok.

    Not worth the money spent. Besides the refrigerator not working and our food spoiling there were people at the pool getting very loud. At one point these people were taking their clothes off.

    This stay was very pleasant. A few lights need to be fixed within the home and the main shower could have been cleaned properly, but other than those few things the stay was great. Definitely will be back next year!!

    Nice location a few blocks off the gulf, close to restaurants and quiet. Could have used a forth chair for the dining table. We needed internet for work and had to go to a bar to get it. We finally got internet on our last day and had to use the neighbors network and password. Accommodations were ok. All of the sink faucets leak. Pool was nice. Love the area

    It was so close to the beach and had many options so close within walking distance. The place was also clean and was pretty spacious for a people of 5. Will definitely book here again. Also you couldn't really hear you neighbor which was a plus!

    The property was clean which was the best thing but the lack of the small things that make any experience better is why we wouldn’t rent this place again or recommend it. For example, out of the 8 units in this complex this one (Unit 8) was the only one without a front doormat to help minimize the amount of sand tracked into the condo and it had no little patio set like any of the others. In addition in the inside there were no small rugs or hooks or towel hangers anywhere so sand tracked everywhere on cold tile floor meant sand in beds and showers, kitchen, etc. The broom was rusted though as well so no sweeping during our stay just an older model vacuum that we used as much as possible. Lastly, the furniture was in rough shape. The end table had broken legs and was leaning haphazardly against the wall with a busted lamp and lamp shade and the queen size bed was so uncomfortable it’s hard to describe.

    Location was great, it was really clean except the center carpet was dirty, looked filthy and there was trash under the center table. I've stayed at other condos down the street and just having a starter paper towels is so helpful. It was nice but it looks like the tiles and floors need some upgrades in bathrooms I also couldn't get jump onto wifi even after calling in. The shower rid broke and it was repaired quickly so I'm thankful for that.

    The flies in the master shower was very usually. Never seen that before. They must have lived in the drainage system. The internet never connected to our devices. We called and spoke to Vacasa twice. They promised the would send someone out but they never showed up. We booked a four day stay but We left the property early.

    The location was perfect and place was clean. We had a problem with the shower immediately and resulted in no water the first day. However, they immediately responded and help was sent. I believe the host’s communication could’ve been better. The “office number” was busy at 9pm and I had to call an 800 number for help. A bit disappointed and annoyed but I understand stuff happens. We also weren’t granted closet space for a room for personal belongings. Other than all this, it’s a perfect walk to the beach
