Updated Winter Park Condo w/ Indoor Heated Pool!

We had a fantastic stay at this Winter Park condo! The unit featured two nice bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The kitchen was very useful, and the living room area was very comfortable, including a nice fireplace that made it extra cozy. The location was great—conveniently situated between the town and the ski resort, making it easy to access both. Our host was very accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. Highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Winter Park!

It's a beautiful apartment. Vaulted ceiling in the living room like a Swiss Chalet. Lot's of natural light. We stayed four days three nights -loved everything about it. The kitchen was thoughfully organized and well stocked. The sofas were comfy and stylish. Is in a quiet location. My wife said it felt like we were on our honeymoon. Pool was fun. Restaurants were a couple minutes walk away. Winter Park was less than a 5 minute drive. National Park was stunning. We had a great experience. Thanks, Bob! Highly recommended!

Mr.Bob made our stay at Winter Park one of the best family trips we’ve ever taken! The location is less than a mile away from the Winter Park resort town, which has millions of fun things to do at any age. Our cabin was 2bd/2bath with a full kitchen and good sized living room. We spent 3 nights and loved every minute of it. Very clean, very warm with the decor, it really felt like going to grandmas lol. 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be brining my friends here next year.

This is our second time staying here. Both times the experience was seamless, comfortable, accessible, and all around exactly as expected. I will always recommend this condo and this owner.

Couldn’t be happier with the rental. Mr Bob is a stellar host and this condo will not disappoint! The pine trees and views off the back deck were beautiful. We adored the decor, fireplace, hot tub, pool. There are dishes, silverware, we even had coffee filters to use and hot some tea. My kids had their own room and slept great. The heaters were excellent. This place is minutes from Winter Park ski resortAnd down town both. Absolutely beautiful and perfect.Thank you and we WILL be back!

My husband and I traveled with our college daughter and her friend and enjoyed a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo is well-appointed and very comfortable. Bob, our host, was amazing. He was so welcoming and accommodating. We travel a fair amount and Bob was definitely one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We loved being on the top floor due to the quiet and the high ceilings with lots of soft, natural light. We also really enjoyed the smart TV’s and gas fireplace as well as the hot tubs in the clubhouse after a full day of skiing. The unit is on the shuttle service and although we didn’t use it, we saw the shuttles come by frequently. The condo location is easy access to the ski mountain and the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

The condo was very charming, warm and comfortable. The owner, Bob, is absolutely the BEST host I have ever experienced. Bob contacted us several times to inquire about how our trip was going and he asked if there was anything we needed during our stay at his condo. It was a true pleasure renting from Bob. SIX STARS!!!
