* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

*1653 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. Please Note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

    We loved our stay at this condo! It’s easily walkable to both the Atlantic Ocean waves and the Calibogue Sound. We loved watching the dolphins swim by! The condo was quiet and the area peaceful. The condo had everything we needed. My only complaint was the bed. It was too firm, and I slept on the sofa instead several nights, as a result, but that’s really personal preference.

    Great spot that we enjoyed. Only complaint is that the TV in the living area needs to be on a pivot mount so it can be adjusted to face the seating area.

    Check in process and getting parking pass was simple, and everything was as advertised no surprises whatsoever, loved how quiet and secluded location was unlike Coligny Beach which is where you want to go if you want chaos and crowded beach. Super clean place, with even a guest bag and a nice welcome card. Wonderful place to stay would love to return again!

    We had the perfect week hanging out on the beach with the dolphins, biking, walking, fishing, horseback riding, taking the ferry to Daufuskie! We will be back. Best location we have been to in Sea Pines!

    The condo is fabulous, even better in person! Extremely clean and very well stocked! Great location. We have been coming to HH for 35 years, this is probably one of my favorite places we have stayed. Great for a couple or a single person. We will definitely be staying there again next year!

This is our third year renting here and we love it!

    The beach and water was nasty. They need to clean up all the bamboo, it has taken over the beach area. We could not go out on the beach at high tide for all the bugs in the bamboo.
