    Pros: Good location. Closed to the market place. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Convenient in 1F. Full size kitchen with lots of cookware. Vacuum provided. Have dish washer, laundry machine, and dryer inside the unit. Cons: The manager company only provide coffee for the first day. There is no conditioner available. There is no elevator in the community. The parking space assigned is not big. Check out time is too early (10 am).

    We had a great five night stay at Northstar. The suite was newly renovated and modernized. Very nice, we will be back!

    Perfect place to stay if you are wanting a vacation in Whistler. We came to visit family who live here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Facilities were very good, reception staff polite and helpful. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this accommodation.

    Unit we very clean, modern updated unit. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Shuttle was easy to access. My only complaint was the couch was very uncomfortable. The owner should really replace it. Would definately book this again!

    My wife and I stayed at the property for 3 nights during the summer. Great location just steps from the end of the village stroll for shopping, stores, etc. The condo was very clean and in excellent condition. Well stocked kitchen and lots of room in the suite. Also very quiet which can sometimes be a challenge being so close to the village. Would definitely stay there again.

    The girl at the desk talked way too fast while explaining everything- there's alot of information ie keys, codes, parking stall, etc and she just flew through it. Also, some mix up with our check in date. We went into the condo and the bed only had folded up sheets on it, it was not made and there was a dirty cleaning cloth on the coffee table. I went to reception and asked if we were supposed to bring our own bedding as there were no blankets anywhere, checked closets as well. The girl at reception explained there was a mix up and came a bit later with bedding and made up the bed. Other than that the condo was lovely. Loved the hot tub and pool. Thank you.

    Kids staying in units above us running back and forth jumping on the floor. Unit was lovely, very clean, great unit and excellent location but only book if you plan on getting NO sleep. I immediately told the front desk whom told me to call security but I wasn’t going to call security on young children. Then on the third day finally the front desk went up to the front door of the unit and asked them to respect the neighbours but it was to little to late. They never even offered any type of refund nor did I ask but when you have slept for three day you’d think they would. Also there is a security light that shines through the window with no blinds 24/7 in the front room if your sleeping on the wire pull out. I was charged a cleaning fee but still had to collect all garbage anc dispose of if.
