Updated, spacious Gulf-front Condo- just steps to the beach!

Wonderful property and location!! Very family friendly. Would for sure stay again!!

We messaged host 10 minutes before check in because we hadn’t received instructions. He said he had “just” found out from the cleaners that the unit was flooded. A peek in the window showed the unit being renovated with drop cloths, no furniture, etc. The host asked us to cancel the reservation and said he would override the no refunds policy. We instead called VRBO who let us transfer to another property and covered the difference in the price. The host was very dishonest.

We had a great time at the beach. The location was perfect. We were traveling with an 6 month old baby and I emailed the owner 2-3 weeks prior to see if there was an early check in option. He didn’t respond. So, my daughter and her husband made other arrangements so they would arrive right at 4 pm with the baby. Unfortunately the housekeepers didn’t arrive until after 4:30 pm. We were notified by the owner at about 2 pm that they were running behind. We sat on the balcony while they “cleaned”, which only took about 45 minutes. So, as you can imagine, the condo wasn’t very clean. The baby who needed a bottle and a nap, so the additional time outside of the condo wasn’t ideal. The unit was as described, right on the beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is no elevator, which wasn’t an issue for us, but you do climb three sets of stairs to get to the unit because of the 1st floor parking. The unit needed some general maintenance. Light bulbs needed to be replaced in several lamps. All of the tvs needed attention as everyone on tv was “green”. The outlet in the master bathroom didn’t work, so I had to use the downstairs half bath for drying and fixing my hair. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was on low and couldn’t be adjusted and the one in the 2nd bedroom was stuck on high. We bought a “box fan” which helped.

Really enjoyed our stay, loved the proximity to restaurants, Publix, Aldi and the best breakfast around. The Donut Hole!

This property is in a great location! Very cute and nicely decorated. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

There were no major cons to this property/location. Pros:Location- beach was never crowded, no loud cars or crowds at night. Perfect for a family get away.Beach access- easy beach access just a short walk.Bedrooms upstairs- washing machine, dryer and living area downstairs allows for some folks to sleep while others are awake and allows for people to get up early without waking others.Pool- The deepest the pool gets is 4.5ft which is great for families with small kids. Both of ours were able to have access to the entire pool while standing on two feet.Beds- Beds were comfy albeit a bit creaky.Cons:Most of these are cosmetic that could be easily remedied:Main shower drain was quite gross, my first shower it did not drain appropriately. A few rounds of boiling water down the drain prevented further draining issues for the week.The dishwasher was full (it is my opinion dishes should be clean and put up for incoming guests).Limited supplies- no trash bags, only a few rolls of TP and one roll of paper towels. For almost 3k for the week, I feel more basic supplies should be provided.In one spot of the living room there were hand prints on the wall.We typically do not watch tv much on vacation but none of the tv's worked appropriately which worked out just fine as it further limited our tv consumption, which I'm fine with.No smoke detectors?Main bedroom floor was very creaky, making it difficult to leave the room without waking my wife.Great stay overall.

This property was a great stay for me and my little family! Definitely one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at, definitely will stay again!

Beautiful view

The swimming pool wasn't cleaned and when i contacted someone all they done was close the pool for inbalanced chemicals. They never actually cleaned it.Alot of the plug ins in the unit wouldn't work. The T.V. reall

Had a great stay, beautiful view of ocean, sunsets were breathtaking. Place was clean and comfy, beds were very comfortable.
