Stayed Jul 26, 2025We love staying on the first floor residences due to the ease of entry and exit to the pools in the beach. This was a great first floor condominium. Not only did it have an amazing view of the beach, it was directly outside of the Harbour Island pool and our parking spot was directly underneath us in the garage. Convenience is super important for us and this condominium had all of it! We’re grateful for the host and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was clean, the view was beautiful, the distance fron the beach was within steps .. Check in was a nightmare ruined our first day there, if you are going to rent this home I'd suggest you be there before the office closes .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969So much to enjoy: Location and views! Porch, promenade, pools, shaded parking, private beach, activities, beach chairs, coffee pots, dishes, bedding, TVs, Tram, washer/dryer, and friendly staff. Vacasa promptly handled replacing lightbulbs. Bathrooms need updating. All around we had a great stay and would book again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo was fantastic. It was first floor so our older chicldren were able to go in and out to the beach as they pleased. They had sooo many amenities available we weren’t able to utilize them all. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything provided! We are already planning our next trip to this condo!
