Cabanas 203 sits right beside one of the three Gulf Place pools, which you can view out of the sliding door or from the spacious balcony. With a king in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Enjoy the views of the freshwater lake and pool from your private balcony!

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    This property is clean and lovely with a comfy king-sized bed, full bath, and a cute cubby with two twin beds and an extra half-bath. The living room furniture was substantial; the kitchen had everything we needed. The beautiful white sand beach is just a short walk across the street. Chairs and umbrellas, bikes and more are available for rent. Just a small request - the large slider over the balcony needs some attention - it was very hard to open. Also, there were no hangers in the closets! There's a great selection of restaurants and shops adjacent to the property. We ate at Shelby's, Pizza by the Sea and Sunrise Coffee -- All were great! With bikes, umbrellas and chairs nearby for rent, this place has all you need! It's perfect for a couple with children, or a girls' trip. Grayton Beach is also lovely, and a short bike ride away We loved our stay!

    We absolutely love staying in this Cabana. This is our second year staying there. It was just as clean and a wonderful experience this year. As it was last year. I felt like communication was even better because they had a representative call the day after we got there just to make sure that everything was to our standards And to make sure we didn't need anything from them. I absolutely love the location. We will continue to stay there because we love the Cabana and the location is fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

    Very wonderful location right across from the beach. The facility itself was very nice and very nice amenities. This unit itself definitely needs some updates the bathroom shower had mold in the faucet and rusted out drain also grout by tub has some mold growing. The floors and main bedroom and mattress were very loud and squeaky hard to stay quiet with small children sleeping close. Also I know the owner can’t control the people above but just to let others know you can hear everything upstairs. Everything else was great there were few restaurants and shops walking distance. We mostly made food due to the quickness and everything around pretty pricey. Great place to stay nice pools and pickle ball court and beach access is amazing. I would go back to this facility on fourth floor not this unit.

    The size and the location of the condo in Gulf Place Cabanas was perfect for my quick visit to 30A. The condo was clean and well appointed. I would suggest having a couple of beach chairs and beach towels available. Everything else was provided!

    The area is great! This was our second time staying here but in a different unit. The furniture was different than pictured on the website. The couch that was there was somewhat dirty. The unit smelled like mildew. We couldn’t sit out on the balcony due to the smell of sewage. Now, the leasing company got back to us within two hours of leaving a message with them. They were very nice and took care of what issues they could. The mildew smell was a bit lessened and cleaned the couch. The sewage smell still lingered. The unit was clean other than what is listed above. They had all the appliances that were needed. I definitely would suggest bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels/napkins. The leasing office also brought us extra towels when asked which was great. The walk to the beach was literally right across the street. There are restaurants all over. Pretty area!

    We loved everything about Cabana 203, everything was as listed, clean, & a very easy check in/out process! We will definitely be back! Best location here also, has its own community & restaurants just steps outside your condo! Just steps away from a private beach!

    We loved that it's just across the road from the beach. Super close to food and shops. Took less than 5 minutes to get to the beach with codes for everything. The beach was private and no one was there. We stayed right before Labor day weekend. Perfect time to go for having the beach and pool to yourself. Everything was so clean inside the rental, no issues. Staff replied to text quickly for questions we had. Cleaning crews out by the pool kept everything cleaned daily. Safe and close to everything, we will definitely be back next year!

    We have stayed in gulf place many times. Booked this little condo for just my husband and myself. Overall the condo was very clean and had the basic needs inside. The only thing that was disappointing was that the shower was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The shower curtain inside and out had orange makeup and dirt hand marks all over it from the prior guests. The WiFi also did not work (which was no huge deal to us). Besides that we were very happy with our stay and we will stay again!

    This was a great spot for our family of 4. The condo was nice and just a short walk to beach. Also, short walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.
