    The property is nicely decorated. The owners answered all our questions. The location is good. The only reason we wouldn't stay again is the carpet. The smell was pretty bad when we got there like carpet fresh trying to cover pet smells in the carpet. If you get new carpet let us know we will stay again!

    Ric & Jen the owners were checking in and available if we needed anything. They had water, coffee, laundry detergent and supplies which was so nice to start us off. Very nice area, across from the mall and not to far from Old Town Scottsdale. The photos on the website were accurate.

    The location is excellent for accessing Old Town Scottsdale, shopping and dining options galore. The place is cozy and surprisingly very quiet. Ric was very responsive in communicating with us. Would definitely stay here again!!!

    Very good stay. Price was very good for what we got. Condo would be even better with new flooring to replace carpeting. Bathroom vanity is small but adequate. We would stay her again. It was very good and a perfect area.
