Wonderful location and beautiful condo!

Exactly as pictured. Host was great at communicating with me. Really appreciated having all beach necessities there for us to use. Will definitely be back to treasure island in the future!

Condo was very nice and clean, well equiped and good view of the ocean. Host was very responsive. Pool was great.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos, small but cozy, clean, and in perfect condition. The rooms are comfortable, well-lit, with great A/C, and everything listed was provided, including beach chairs. The host was excellent, very attentive, and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out.It’s just a short walk straight to the beach, where you can also rent umbrellas and chairs, and the sunsets from the balcony are beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful, we slept so well! I would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to this area.

Scott was amazing to communicate with. He was very accommodating. We had to switch units to stay longer and he got in touch with cleaners to clean room early and start with the fridge so we could move our refrigerated groceries in from our previous unit in when we checked out of our other unit. The unit was spotless and clean and was very nice. Our first unit was nice but this unit was nicer and more recently updated.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The amenities and beach were perfect. There were plenty of places to eat that were easy to get to. Parking for more than one vehicle can be a bit of a challenge but that's everywhere we've ever stayed in the area.

Beautiful, clean condo! Convenient to John Pass and restaurants. Parking was close to the elevator. We enjoyed the onsite cafe and close beach access. We would love to come back and stay in this wonderful unit!

Great pool. Loved being able to walk to beach. Great view from balcony. Very close to restaurants and activities. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely book again. Owners very responsive and left a nice welcome basket.

We took a family beach trip to this property. The building itself is still in the process of recovering from last years hurricane. However, the location of this property is excellent with it being steps to the beach and a short walk/drive to Johns Pass

This was as good as you can get for a VRBO, excellent host and communications. Easiest check in, great location, condo was in immaculate condition. Will stay here again! Thanks Scott!

The condo was as pictured. Nicely updated and very clean. Loved having a washer and dryer. Location is great, close to beach and Treasure Island boardwalk. Easy walk to John's Pass with its shops and restaurants. Beach is beautiful and spent many hours under my umbrella. Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy communication with owner. Trouble with internet when we first arrived and owner was very responsive to solve issue. Building itself still recovering from recent hurricanes and needed a little love. One of the closest elevators was down the month we stayed here. There was always an elevator available but sometimes on the other side of the building. Would definitely recommend this condo.
