Updated Ground-floor Condo with On-site Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, & Tennis Courts

Good location, very quiet, within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants.

Everything about the house is dated. I'm not sure what they meant with Updated in the title of this property.The bed is super loud and creaky, every single movement will wake up the entire house. The toilet seat is rocky and not properly installed. So is the dishwasher, it rocks when you pull out the drawer.There are no usable closets in the bedrooms. Not even a place to hang clothes. it's just a box with no shelf nor bar nor hanger.The hallway have some unusable cabinets because it's filled with their old, dirty, stuff/garbage, like old paint, scrap woods, and other scrap materials. The couch is comfortable but is also super old and looks dirty, as well as the throw pillows.We stayed for over 2 weeks but was only given 2 toilet paper roll per bathroom, so we had to buy our own supplies.They also didnt provide firewoods,.while almost all of the neighbors had a balcony filled with firewoods.The balcony also has a garbage there, like a big old foam wrapped in a big plastic bag that might be collecting molds or something.The kitchen pots/pans also need replacement as they were full of either scratches or rust. they didnt have any baking trays. The rice cooker wasnt working. This made our 2 weeks stay a bit rough since we preferred to cook and bake over the holidays.They did however had plenty of plates and bowls which means we didnt have to do the dishwasher everyday. It has a large TV in the living room with nice speaker. The location is great!

Everything was as advertised and our stay was wonderful. My only comment is that the bedrooms have no closets.

The master bed smelled and was very uncomfortable. You could feel the spring s. The furniture was old and stain dirty.

The condo was adorable and the perfect size for us! We had a fabulous time and enjoyed every day we stayed at the condo! Located close to town, lakes, and famous destinations. I can’t wait to go back! The condo was warm, cozy, clean, and comfy! All the amenities we need! I was also impressed with the customer service chat team! They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond! Core memories and stories from our trip will be told for decades. Thank you!!

Facility is clean, centrally located, and quiet. The unit is very nice. It was very nicely upgraded. In particular, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in our stay at mammoth. It was well furnished, and pleasant. Check in and check out were seamless, with plenty of communication from guest services. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Or first trip to mammoth with our toddler went amazingly well.

Solid choice when staying in Mammoth!

The unit is easy to back your truck up near the front (ground) door and pack in your items, fishing gear etc.

Clean, great communication, and well great location.

Everything started great. Check-in was easy, and good location. However, two of the three restroom hinges were loose, to the point the bottom hinge came off and the restroom became unusable. We were there Mon-Fri. Every single day I reached out and no one came by to fix the door. Even sent pictures to me rove the issue, and still no one cared. I went through all the proper channels and it didn't matter. We also never had wifi, which was listed on the property as a perk. No fixture on that either. I will definitely be reaching out to my credit card company to put a hold on the charge. Maybe then, management will call me. Like I said, such a horrible ending to what was an easy fix

We’ve stayed at other condominiums previously and this particular stay was nice. We will come again.

Nice place for the price could use some upgrades and storage.

Convenient location

We had a great time and were very close to the lakes and streams that we wanted to go to within a short drive. Having the grocery store right around the corner was very, very helpful as well. The community grills were just down from us and we enjoyed a nice family bbq.There were a few minor things wrong with the house but it did not affect our stay. Great pricing and very homie. I highly recommend it here.
