With great separation between the two ensuite bedrooms, this spacious ground floor unit lives more like a house than a condo. Tastefully furnished with stylish flair, this also unit offers a front patio and private back patio with lounge seating, a barbecue grill, and is just steps away from the pool and spa.

The updated kitchen is fully stocked for longer stays. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen size bed, HDTV and has its own bathroomfor added privacy. And the living room offers a Queen size sleeper sofa for the occasional overnight guest.

When you do venture out for some fun, this is a great location to start from in the desirable “wind free” Canyon Corridor area of south Palm Springs. Canyon Granada is a gorgeous gated community, where you'll enjoy mountain views and spacious interiors, with the ambience of an upscale resort. The community boasts sparkling pools/spa and tennis courts. Canyon Granada is walking distance to hiking trails and public golf courses, and a short bike ride or drive to many popular south Palm Springs attractions like the Ace and Saguaro hotels, Mr. Lyons, Koffi, Purple Room and Smoketree Village. From several of these you can catch the Palm Springs BUZZ bus for the short ride to downtown Palm Springs.

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

    This property went beyond all our expectations. It was so comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The location was ideal for walking and hiking, and the mountain views were spectacular. The pools were a treat, and we enjoyed spending time outside on the back patio complete with gas grill and fire pit. Oranj Palm was easy to work with, and they facilitated everything we needed. Highly recommend!

    The condo was clean, well appointed and perfect location for walks and sitting out on our private patio listening to the birds with views of the mountains. Having spent the month of March in the midst of the COVID19 outbreak, we were unable to take advantage of all the restaurants and activities that we have come to appreciate in the years of coming to Palm Springs. We have no complaints, the condo was a perfect safe haven.
