Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Because the weather was not cooperating, we spent much more time inside rather outside walking the beach. Our enjoyment was that we could watch the tides and the sunrises. Everything in the unit was in good working condition.The accompying photo does not look what is actually there.

Reviewer Comments: We love our time there and enjoy looking at all the pics people take of New Smyrna Beach. Our unit was lovely and more than comfortable. The view from our deck was so enjoyable. We appreciated that we did not have to bring our own kitchen aids. The owner thought of everything.

Have stayed in various condos/ blocks over the years. A first in Sea Coast. Were lucky to get this home from home Unit, so have rolled over for next year. Quite the best experience in terms of aspect, finish, with good support from the Office as needed

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Corner Unit, Property 501 well cleaned and maintained as before. A couple of repair/replacement issues were dealt with promptly and effectively via the Condo Office. Good weather this Jan/Feb meant less trips to natural Florida. Hope Volusia manage to get some sand back onto the beach during the summer. Beach walking is the number one NSB will put folk off coming if that is no longer possible.

It was comfortable, clean and had a great view. We greatly enjoyed just sitting on the balcony at night and listening to the water. Would love to make this our summer getaway!

Never have we had a bad vacation. Complex is always clean and well maintained. In a great location on the no drive beach. Every unit we have stayed in has been clean, furnished nicely and well stocked. Would like to see some new elevators.
