Perfect location to stay with an easy walk to the beach, the pool restaurants, etc. etc. You can view the sunset from the balcony every night.The condo is equipped very well with kitchen, supplies, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys all you need is your food and you’re ready to go.The management staff was very quick to answer Any questions we had and very supportive with directions and suggestions on places to see and visit. Any questions or concerns we had were easily resolved within seconds of reaching out.We would definitely stay at this location again.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024The property was very nice and very clean. Although it is on a busy street, there is a crosswalk that stops traffic to get over to the beach - the beach is literally across the street. Also you cannot hear the traffic noise inside the condo at all. The pool was clean and water was pleasantly warm. You can also walk to many decent restaurants/bars. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jan 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay. Weather wasn’t the greatest, but the pool was alway available if we wanted to use it. Perfect views of the sunset from the balcony. We would definitely return!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023We have been enjoying this area for several years. This was our second year at this location. Condo has everything to meet your expectations! Location is a short walk across street to the beach. Close to restaurants and so many other activities! Highly recommend!

Stayed May 23, 2022Perfect location, perfect cozy condo. I had all the instructions I needed prior to our very late arrival and our check in went smoothly. We had everything we needed for our stay. The condo overlooks the beach which is just across the street. We didn’t have to pay for beach parking since it was within walking distance. Close to Johns pass and minutes or a short drive to other beaches. Great location
