Stayed Mar 2, 2024The property was very nice and very clean. Although it is on a busy street, there is a crosswalk that stops traffic to get over to the beach - the beach is literally across the street. Also you cannot hear the traffic noise inside the condo at all. The pool was clean and water was pleasantly warm. You can also walk to many decent restaurants/bars. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jan 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay. Weather wasn’t the greatest, but the pool was alway available if we wanted to use it. Perfect views of the sunset from the balcony. We would definitely return!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023We have been enjoying this area for several years. This was our second year at this location. Condo has everything to meet your expectations! Location is a short walk across street to the beach. Close to restaurants and so many other activities! Highly recommend!

Stayed May 23, 2022Perfect location, perfect cozy condo. I had all the instructions I needed prior to our very late arrival and our check in went smoothly. We had everything we needed for our stay. The condo overlooks the beach which is just across the street. We didn’t have to pay for beach parking since it was within walking distance. Close to Johns pass and minutes or a short drive to other beaches. Great location

Stayed Apr 8, 2022We stay in the area 4-5 times a year to visit family and friends and this was the best condo we have ever rented. We have been visiting the area since 2014 and have stayed in a lot of condos. This condo had it all, it was spacious, clean, close to the beach and bars/restaurants. It was also a short drive to Seminole to visit family. Cant wait to stay there again

Stayed Apr 1, 2022This is our second time back to this property. We love that it’s a quick walk to the public beach. The property isn’t on the water but you have a great view across the main drag. The property is well kept and has a great open layout for a family. Plenty of room and very clean.
