Updated Bella Vista Condo On Carlin Park -Walking Distance to Beach

Great location for being off the beach. Very walkable to park, beach and nearby shopping and dining. The condo very clean and spacious. Perfect for family to gather and attend a wedding in the area.

Condo was great - rooms were large, had been updated and location to beach and restaurants was excellent. Not really walkable to beach for young children but parking at Dubose and Carlin Beach was easy. Can't wait to rebook!

Beautiful, easy living, parking, next to gorgeous park. Hosts answered immediately and did their best to fulfill all requests. Location can’t be beat, beds comfortable, will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a 5 week stay at this well maintained condo. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Its location to the beach, park, and restaurants was so convenient. The owners were very attentive with 2 issues that came up and were quick to respond.

The description was exactly as expected. Did not use the pool dacility. Great location.

Upon arrival and the unloading of our kitchen supplies we found brown/dirty water in the plate/glass's (the dirty liquid was actually on the plates!) cabinet. We reached out to the property manager who let us know that the brown liquid was from a roof leak. Upon further investigation we did see water damage in the cabinet. However, seeing as myself and my friends are a bit OCD about cleanliness, we were a little disconcerted with this find. The next morning, I encountered a roach in the kitchen which only added to our trepidation. And the following day we found ants in the bathroom located by the kitchen. We did reach out to the property owner and manager. They did say they have a pest control service and they would let them know they needed to come out and treat again. We did find the rest of the condo to be clean, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. It was nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. I can't say that I wouldn't stay again, but I would be making sure the pest control has been done and the roof leak fixed. Both property manager and owner were apologetic and assured us that they would be on the task of taking care of both issues.

Clean, spacious, and well appointed for a family of 5 with 4 adults and a teenager in our group. The hosts were great in their responsiveness and communication. The location we love. We are looking forward to visiting again.

I recently stayed here with my two best friends of 25 years as our annual mini college reunion trip. We wanted to be close to the beach and have ample room to chill out and relax. The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. Directions were clear and we had everything we needed. We felt very safe and comfortable and were a walk or short drive from anywhere we wanted to be. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The location to the beach was perfect. Very clean unit perfect For a group. Bring soap for bathing. Could’ve used a few more hand towels and pillow sheet covers( the pillows were flat, we found others with no sheets on them) All in all a good stay!

Wonderful to stay here again this year. Condo is well appointed and spacious. Great location next to huge park and just a short walk to the beach. Weather was unusually cold half the time, but we found fun beach alternatives in the area. Owner was responsive in resolving pool heater breakdown.

The location was perfect, so cl9se to the beach. The condo was well appointed and stocked with the essentials. The beds were all comfortable as well.

Great location & accommodations. The condo was clean and had everything that my family needed for an enjoyable stay.

We loved the location, the pool was great, close to the beach, the apartment was really nice, perfect for 2 couples and my husband's mom. Wish there was tissues there, I ended up using a lot of the makeup wipes that were provided. My husband and I stayed in the main floor master bedroom and both got some major bug bites. No one else in our group got them, so it seems like we got them while we were sleeping, not sure though!

My family along with a friend of mine stayed for the weekend. Everybody was super impressed with the condo overall! The place was very clean as well as the neighborhood! My son and daughter,, along with their spouses, took a very short walk down to the beach a couple times. Check in and check out was very easy, and communication with the owner/manager was great as well! Definitely would consider staying here again!

This condo was just right for our family of 5. Convenient to the beach and several restaurants. It was a little far from the beach for us to walk because it was super hot and we had my 5-year old grandson, but I would say it is definitely within walking distance for adults. The pool was very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this property.
