Stayed Nov 25, 2025We were delighted to walk into the perfect place for us. Heated pool, steps to the ocean, even a fishing rod. The extra refrigerator was a welcomed surprise. Tight parking, but that's typical at the beach. We had a great time and would love to go back.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Very nice condo and amenities especially for larger family or group. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The extra apartment was a plus for our family maybe needed better directions how to find it but was great for the extra room.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Sun & Sea! The rental had a great layout, a welcoming feel, and was the perfect location for a relaxing trip. iTrip was friendly and responsive, which made everything super easy. While the space could benefit from a more thorough cleaning and some updates to the furniture (stains on couch, loose leg on table and hand towel rack loose in the bathroom), it didn’t take away from our overall experience. With just a little extra attention, this place could be truly exceptional.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Overall, our stay at this property was great!. I think the description of the access to the separate unit was a bit vague and was not quite as anticipated. It still worked just fine for our situation, however it may not for others. Also, we had teenagers and the lack of deep end (3-5 foot only), pool deck seating space and plastic chains around the pool were less desirable than other properties we have stayed at. The upstairs unit smelt musty, and Wi-Fi was spotty for both work and television access which made it hard sometimes. The overall units were great, and we did have an outstanding time! It was clean and had a lot of space and amenities that many do not have. DISCLAIMER:The above-mentioned comments are just personal thoughts that may be helpful in the future for both tenants and property manager. They would not necessarily detour someone from staying just enhance their stay or knowledge prior to rental.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Over all our stay was great. I do wish the unit was a little cleaner. Especially the floors. The coffee pot was also dirty upon arrival. I would definitely stay again! And the condo was very large. The master shower is amazing and the beds are very comfortable!!!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025The property was nice. The only thing that would’ve made this better was if the fourth floor room had a king size bed instead of the queen size. None of the adults want to give up a king size bed for that floor. In my opinion, the third bedroom on the third floor should’ve been the queen size. We didn’t feel like the fourth floor bedroom being separated from the rest of the rooms was adequately communicated, and caused a bit of a problem upon arrival but we worked it out. But the property was pretty, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable and other than a small problem with the AC on the second night that was taken care of on Monday. The property manager was on top of it and all was good It was a good stay. There was plenty of room for eight. The location in Indian rocks was prime.

Stayed May 5, 2025The property was very nice and the main living area was updated and well kept. The upstairs wasn’t as updated and the temperature stayed consistently around 75 degrees even when attempting to lower it in 2 degree increments as directed. All in all a very nice stay in a fantastic location.
