Stayed Jan 31, 2026Clothes washer too loud, not a good soap for body wash, very little supply of paper rolls (just 1) and only two garbage bags, no clothes washer soap, dish washer soap…. Not too happy… had to go buy these things soon after checking in…

Stayed Jun 20, 2026Stayed for one week with my mom and two adult sons in June 2026. We had an amazing vacation. Enjoyed the beautiful Gulf views every morning and evening from the balcony. Everyone slept comfortably in their own beds with plenty of room to relax and make memories during the day on the gorgeous beach! Made delicious breakfasts in the updated kitchen! Would 100% recommend this condo!

Stayed May 30, 2026Very nice stay . One of the elevators was down which caused a problem but was fixed in a couple days. These things happen. The dryer could use some tlc. Place was very clean new nice pots and pans. Would stay again.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location truly couldn’t be better—sunsets literally right from the balcony every night , and the beach was right there. Just hop on the elevator, walk out to the pool area, and you’re on the beach in seconds.We loved the hot tub and pool area, and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was perfect, the neighborhood was low-key and quiet, and everyone we met was friendly—even the guys doing building improvements.The condo was clean, updated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen supplies. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The washer and dryer were great (a little loud, but totally fine). We also had a laugh realizing the beach chairs were tucked away in the closet area on the balcony .Mini golf was about a mile walk, and Caddy’s restaurant across the street had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we will absolutely be back!

Stayed May 3, 2025We can’t say enough how great and prompt the communication with the staff is. (Thanks Dan & staff). Like how units are fully stocked and always in good condition. This year was very apparent as we stayed later with another company and that was not up to ITrips standards (lesson learned). Would book this unit again.

Stayed May 17, 2025This condo was off the beaten path of Clearwater. It was very quiet and we had the whole beach and ocean pretty much to our selves. The condo had everything we needed for the week and grocery stores were not far away. There is a good restaurant across the road or if you enjoy a little walk there were restaurants around a mile away. We had a very relaxing and much needed week away with the girls
