Updated Beachfront Condo - Beach View, Balcony, Pool, Tiki Bar, Hot Tub, Tram

Great vacation and will certainly be back.

We have stayed at multiple different units within the Westwinds complex. The location, pools, proximity to the beach are unmatched. The two bed two bath floor plan also works very well for our family. While we enjoyed our stay, this particular unit does need a little TLC to get it back into 5 star territory. At first glance, everything is great, but the closer you look and the longer you stay the more you realize the flaws and shortcomings. We were without a 2nd shower for the first two days of our stay, because the shower head needed to be replaced and was spraying all over the room. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn’t able to cool below 74 (was set at 70) overnight. To their credit, the hosts did promptly address both issues. What left an off feeling was that other than the initial acknowledgement of our request, we never had any communication that the issues were going to be addressed, that someone would be entering the unit, nor that the fixes had occurred. This was a comfortable stay, but small things like very dull knives, a dishwasher rack that gets off the track easily, very worn area rug and flat pillows could be areas of improvement with just a bit of care.

The room was very clean! I’m shocked at how much was there to use in the kitchen, very helpful!

We had to make a last minute change in vacation plans and chose this condo. It was very nice and clean. The host was exceptional. Anytime we had any questions or concerns she would answer or call me right back. I have never stayed anywhere where the host was so attentive.

Overall it was a great experience. However, the hair dryer needs replacing and the icemaker didn’t produce but a few cubes per day. The amenities are very minimal, so future quests need to become well prepared. Westwind grounds are immaculate, quiet, and people were very friendly.

This property was perfect for our weeklong stay. The apartment was spotless and kitchen was stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal. The proximity to the beach and pool made a trip with little ones a breeze. The property management team could not be anymore amazing. They made it possible for us to check in early and were quick to respond. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again.

The place was clean and well-appointed/updated. One thing would be appreciated is updated pillows (many were very flat) and more than one blanket for the pull out couch. It can get chilly when the het is not on in general.

Condo is just as pictured. Very clean. Rental company calls and checks in on you to offer assistance and welcome. Would recommend for sure!
